Flame Bar And Grill

We went once before and honestly didn't enjoy it as much as we hoped. BUT we are so happy we went back ! The food was phenomenal and the server was The Best and made the experience even better. Justin I want to say was his name. Can't say enough good things about the whole experience. We will be back.

My wife and I ate with another couple. All four of us loved every bit of the food and drinks we had. Zero complaints.

If there was a perfectly cooked pretzel this restaurant knows how to do it.

I had the filet cooked medium and it was delicious!

A very nice steakhouse, the steaks were full of flavor and cooked perfectly ( a ribeye medium rare and a strip medium). The steaks were generous in weight a few ounces above stated weight. Apps and sides also great and service was top notch. All in all a true 5 star.

Our first guests came into town and we celebrated with some fine dining at Flame Bar and Grill. We did not have reservations but we will do that next time. We had a drink in the bar which was very nice and wonderful friendly service. We then sat in main dining at truly the best table with only a 15 minute wait. We saw very large parties being served if you have a crowd. Our server was very nice and attentive and we did not feel rushed at all. Food was great and prices were fair for what we ordered and portion size. I would save this stop for special occasions we are definitely going back to try other things on their menu!

Flame Bar and Grill turned up the flavor on their food! While there I ordered a Rib Eye steak that was cooked to perfection! Got a side of mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese. The steak was juicy and the mashed potatoes were flavorful and fluffy. While the Mac and cheese could have been a meal on its own. While they were pretty busy there, the wait staff checked on us a couple of times to make sure everything was taken care of. The prices were typically in line for what you would expect for a steak. Lastly, the parking was free and we had no difficulty finding a spot. Would definitely go again!

We were in town to get certified to teach mountain biking level 1. The last night we decided to try this place. The menu sounded great and they had wine! Let's break it down

Atmosphere - very charming restaurant, clean and friendly.

Service - our server was very helpful. She recommended the creamy seafood pasta dish I got and it was 🔥. She was quick to refill our drinks and always had a smile.

Cost - entrées were reasonably priced

Food - everything was so so good! my seafood pasta was delicious! Tom got a burger (typical!) and he said it was cooked perfectly and very good. Our friend Angela got the tuna - and she loved it. She also got soup and said it was 🔥. The bread, wine, and beer were all very good also. Highly recommend this place!

My husband and I went here for the first time last weekend. The food, atmosphere, drinks, service were just outstanding. We were so pleased to have such a great experience at a nice local restaurant.

Every bite was tasty. Enjoyed every moment and would go again. Unpretentious, delicious, and a little bit reimagined (but not too much) food. It's standard steakhouse fare but everything is a little bit special and different. I'm used to bisque, but not mushroom. I'm used to salad but not a perfect paleo salad. I'm used to lobster dip but not seasoned like this. I could say this about every single dish. The structure the restaurant is in does not match the food inside, so don't let that stop you from dining here! Go! Enjoy!

Didn’t know about this place until recently and it was a great experience! Food was fantastic and the drinks were great as well. It is not a cheap place to dine but is well worth the money! Our waitress was great and we will be going back!

First I want to speak on the Awesome server name Jarren G we had. So polite & manerable. And Shout out to the Cook tonight they food was delicious. We came down here for my Husband Cousin funeral and asked his family that live here in Carbondale what are some good Restaurants. And out of all we chose this one. #1 base on the wonderful reviews. Which it truly spoke the truth because I'm now leaving a review. #2 Didn't want to go to a place that we have in our hometown

Excellent meal and service. My medium rare prime rib was perfect and accompanied by garlic mashed potatoes and green beans.My wife's salmon was great too. Food is always consistent and we can always be happy with the meal.

My steak oscar was out of this world. Our server, Ashley helped us decide on dessert, we chose the lemon cake. It was yummy!!! She anticipated our every need . We will be back.

Wonderful atmosphere, incredible staff and service and the food was divine!!!! Loved our dining experience. We ordered several appetizers to share around the table and every one of them was delicious. Ahi tuna and bread pudding were absolutely spectacular!

Amazing food! Our table had the lobster Mac and cheese, NY strip, bone in chop, burger and we split the pretzel! Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted great, service was great as well! Pardon the lighting on the Pic (we were on the patio at dusk) but this was the NY strip, cooked rare, so good!

Service was legit and attentive. The food was amazing. My steak was cooked well per request and was still flavorful and juicy.

I was in town for business. I ate here every night of the week. The food is delicious, they have local beers on tap, and the staff was friendly. Ashley, Logan, and Adam made this solo business traveler feel welcome. The only con I can say is they don't offer their guests WiFi.

It was nice 😊 good atmosphere great vibes from servers and customers . . The service was great our server was quiet but efficient . The place was very cute the mood was def set for low n chill
