Always a pleasant shopping trip regardless of location. Stores are very organized and tidy. Great prices and selections. Clearance sales are out-of-this-world! No question, hassle free returns!

Diane was the checkout person. She went above and beyond to make sure I got a great deal and helped me to save money.

I was unsure where to go for Amazon return and Madelyn was quick to help me navigate to the rear of the store for my return.

At Customer Service I was astonished by the speed of my return and friendliness of the associate ( I did not get her name). When I was handed my receipt for the return, I was informed that I had a 20% off coupon. While I had indented to drop and go (Amazon return), I was now faced with the dilemma of what to do. Do I leave or do I wander Kohl's looking for something to purchase.

I have never had a negative experience at the Parkersburg Kohls store. The only thing I can ask to be different is for the coupons we get when dropping off Amazon packages, make them usable online.

Visited Parkersburg Kohls to shop for baby's first birthday. She needed pajamas and socks. I found a huge selection. Great sales. Check out was quick and friendly. Trip was a quick in and out!

Tammy was hilarious and cheerful during check out. I can imagine that working at a register could easily become monotonous. Despite this, Tammy appears to have no problem keeping the interactions engaging and light.
