We always have a great experience here! My husky can be a bit much, but they do so good with her! Everybody is always so nice and welcoming. We’ve enjoyed every Vet we’ve seen, but Dr. Cox is awesome and very sweet! The communication throughout is what I absolutely love! I will bring all my fur babies here ❤

Loved our first visit to the office today! We had previously been patients at White Rock Vet in Pflugerville but followed our beloved Dr Sarah Cox over here and no regrets! Everyone was super friendly throughout the visit and our vet tech, Cat, was very thorough during my pup Cowboy’s senior wellness exam. They walked me through all pricing so we knew what to expect and helped talk through numerous options for Cowboys arthritis. Super happy we are new patients here and we look forward to getting to know everyone better each future visit. Thank you Parmer Lane Pet Hospital!!

I was looking for somewhere to bring my Husky Puppy and couldn’t decide until I forums you guys on Parker! I’m glad I picked y’all.The front desk ladies Mimi and Amie were super kind and helpful, my Tech Mackenzie and Dr. Sandhu where very patient and kind and really had a lot of helpful tips, I definitely look forward to bringing her back. We had a great visit with our 14 year old lab. Dr Will had an amazing bed-side manner. She spent ample time talking with us; teaching and informing and discussing options. The staff is so friendly and helpful. It is a very laid-back and friendly place to visit.

We had a great visit to Parmer Lane as usual. Check-in was quick and we were roomed in a few minutes. Cat was our tech, super nice and thorough on what the plan was for our dog's annual visit. We met Dr Cox for the 1st time, she was very comprehensive on her evaluation and clear on the plan to follow. Overall great visit with no complains with our very anxious 4 year-old husky.

All the staff are welcoming & professional the minute you walk in. The technician was gentle & caring with our senior special needs fur baby. Dr Will is so knowledgeable and friendly. She makes us feel confident in her assessment of our pet’s !’s health issues. She takes the time to explain thoroughly what her diagnosis is based on tests she recommends & we entrust our senior special needs dog’s care & health in her capable hands. We highly recommend Parmer Lane Pet Hospital & Dr Will.

I've been bringing my 2 dogs to Parmer Lane Pet Hospital for 4 years and have had wonderful experiences with all the staff! They always make sure to spend time and answer all my questions without making it feel rushed. Highly recommend for any vet needs!

The vet tech and doctor were both super kind and made my kitten’s appointment very easy for both me and him. My kitten did absolutely great with his shots and blood work! I absolutely recommend Parmer Lane Pet Hospital. Everyone is wonderful!

When Parmer Lane Vet went corporate I was not sure I would like the change. Prior to Parmer, I had been using another veterinary service that went corporate when the owner sold the business, and I didn’t like it at all.
However! The staff at Parmer has actually remained friendly and welcoming. From reception to their top notch techs and Dr.’s it is a wonderful experience for pet and pet owner. Can’t find a kinder more knowledgeable tech than Cat. Dr. Sandhu was great . Gonna stay!

Dr Reeves and all the staff at Parmer Lane Pet Hospital were so wonderful. My dog ate some plastic and was having a lot of stomach issues and I was super worried, but Dr Reeves was understanding, calm and patient as was the vet tech who helped me on our second visit. Dr Reeves was very thorough and they got me in super quick, twice, in one day. They didn’t immediately try to push me on expensive x rays or other procedures. They took great care of my baby and I’m very grateful for their help. Pup is doing so much better too!

We receive care from Parmer Lane Hospital, and I was calling to inquire about changing to a new heart worm/ flea & tick medicine for our dog. I spoke to Amie, and she was incredibly helpful, efficient, and kind. We discussed options and found a plan. We will always return here. See you all in April for vaccines. Thank you again.

Parmer Lane pet hospital is such a great place! We recently moved to the area and were recommended by some friends to go there. They have been nothing but helpful, kind, friendly and extremely accommodating. Dr. Johnson is my favorite veterinarian that I have ever seen or brought my dogs too. I’m so grateful that I found this clinic. Also, Delaney, the clinical manager is incredible! They have all been so helpful and I feel right at home when we have to go. Thank you a bunch!

The doctors, technicians, and administrative staff at Parmer Lane Pet Hospital give my two Great Danes (and me) a truly one-of-a-kind, customized experience each and every time. My babies are always so excited in anticipation of going there (I have videos to prove it), and so happy and well cared for coming out. They always take time (over the phone and in person) to fully understand and address every question/concern. And we collectively treat one another as a family, all on a first-name basis. So glad we found each other.

Dr. Thevis has been really communicative & helpful with treating and checking on my senior dog who’s been dealing with a chronic health issue. A tech or vet will call every few weeks to check up on her status. She’s very invested in her well being & I appreciate it. The front desk staff is always very pleasant as well.

We have been coming here for 3 years. We worked with Dr Sandhu and Cat today and they gave me some good info that was useful and helpful in addition to my dog’s annual physical and vaccines. Facility added snacks in the waiting room and the ability to pay for services rendered in the patient rooms which was nice (no pulling back my dog while trying to fiddle with getting my wallet out) :)

Dr. Cox and Darien were great! Made me and my pup feel very comfortable, listened to all my questions with care, and gave a very thorough examination. Thank you for getting us fixed up with short notice!

Nov. 13, 2023 visit: Dr. Thevis and the rest of the Parmer Lane Pet Hospital team took great care of us this time - just like they always do. This visit was a senior dog recheck following a very sick period in early September. I didn’t have to wait but a few minutes after check in for the vet tech to come in and get things going. Dobie (14 years) received a check up, blood draw, urinalysis, and nail trim. Check out was quick and personalized. The office called the next day to share some out of normal range results and to get ok to order a culture. Fingers crossed 🤞 some medication will clear up the problem(s). I can highly recommend Dr. Thevis and Parmer Lane Pet Hospital to take care of your fur babies.

July 25, 2023 visit: We have used Parmer Lane Pet Hospital for 12 years. We’ve always been very pleased with them and the most recent visit on July 25, 2023 was no exception. The front desk staff is always polite, kind, and helpful. Cat is the vet tech who assisted on this visit and she is awesome. She has years of experience and my dogs know her and are always comfortable with her. The vet our dogs see is Dr. Melonie Thevis. She’s experienced, very knowledgeable, kind, respectful, empathetic, and gentle. Our two fur babies love her. The July 25 visit was a follow-up senior check for our elderly guy, Dobie, who is 14. He’s got a number of medical issues and Dr. Thevis really stays on top of them. I always appreciate her insight and advice on how to best care for him at this stage of his life. Thank you to everyone at the Parmer Lane Pet Hospital team!

Very pleased with the personal attention given to Ginger by Cat and Dr Sandhu. I’d been considering changing vet company when Parmer Vet went corporate - however, the excellent service from these two changed my mind. Both were very attentive to all details of Gingers health and provided me with helpful hints on my dogs welfare. Thanks to them both.

The staff at Parmer Lane Pet Hospital, including (but not limited to) our tech Cat, our POC Zoe, and Dr. Cox were all amazing in getting our new adopted dog Poppy set up for success. All of our questions were answered and we know our girl is in safe hands if and when she needs it!
