The UPS Store

Super fast Amazon returns, even during the super busy after Christmas time. We had to return 3 items and had our QR codes ready to go, items not packaged, and had no issues. This is my go-to Amazon return place and my college care package mailing place. I'm in and out in no time. Yes, it's pricey, but not much different than USPS, with virtually no line and no waiting. Can't complain!

We had to return some Amazon packages today. There was one lady working , the line was stacked to the door. The sweet young lady was on top of her game! She was knowledgeable, fast, and all with a smile. I recommend giving her a raise or some sort of praise !

Based on some of the reviews, I was almost afraid to go this location. But when I entered, There was one customer at the counter and the employee was very polite to her. Then it was my turn and he (Julian) was sooooo nice and soooo helpful and (one more time) sooooo cheerful. The documents I was entrusting to UPS for overnight delivery are of the utmost importance. I will gladly return to this location on Parmer Lane. Thanks, Julian!!

I come to this location mostly for Amazon returns. The employees are always attentive and polite and always give me the receipt. Even when the line is long, the line moves fast.

I've been to other UPS stores and FedEx stores, but none of them are friendly like the people at this UPS store.

I don’t know the gentleman’s name dark hair, long, has a beard that is short. He is a top notch worker and is a genuine good person. Not only that but I will always come to this store just from one interaction with that man. Thank you again if you see this review!

Today I stopped by this store needing help printing medical papers from my, My Chart app.on my iPhone. Javier was the most attentive person. He went above and beyond helping me figure this out. So kind and thoughtful I am forever grateful!! Highly recommend this store! Everyone was friendly and accommodating.

So glad this UPS Store is in our neighborhood. Convenient, with customer service friendly staff.

I normally don’t write reviews unless the service is really good or really bad. But today i went to the UPS store and was completely confused and the individuals that work that truly saved me Teonna, RJ and Brian (I think that was their names). They were amazing. I’m someone who rarely goes to the UPS store but with the type of help and service they provided me I’ll be back thank you guys, truly.

I normally don’t post reviews but I felt the need to praise the staff of this store! Every time I come into this store, Teonna is always smiling, so informative and always answers all of my questions. Brian and RJ are also great and always friendly. 5 Star customer service!

I rate them for the honesty. I called them to know more about shipping via UPS ground. They gave a honest answer that online label creation may be cheaper than in-store. Also when I had more questions, they were willing to guide me more even though I was not using them for shipping.

Use this UPS location for Amazon return. I usually come in the middle of the week. Lines are never longer than two people. Staff pays attention as soon as I walk in the office. The people working there are nice and helpful.

Nice and quick service. Always use this location and Tam is especially very nice. She does everything by the book, very professional and polite with a smile on her face. She knows her stuff well ship or notary etc. For an immediate package that we had to send out she made sure to make special attention so that it was delivered in the right hands.

I hold a postal box here, and use them regularly for shipping as well.
From the postal box perspective, I like the text and email notifications so I can know packages are waiting. When it comes to shipping, it's a fast process, they tell me my options, and I make a choice. Amazon returns are in and out. Aside from that the staff has been great to me. Miranda, Justin, and Tam have always been super polite, and I enjoy chatting with them.

I dont usually post a review but this store is absolutely amazing! Friendly, informative and helpful. Stacey is easy to work with and she real friendly too.

Looked online and saw that the UPS closer to me had only two stars and poor review. Then saw this location only 2-3 minutes further away. Have to say it was worth the extra time thanks to Tam! Friendly, fast, and personable service!

I don't understand the negative reviews for this location. Reading the negative reviews it sounds more like people just b!tching than anything else. I've been at this UPS location twice and both times service was quick and the customer service was just fine. UPS is a business; if you don't like their prices than DONT GOTO THEM and if you have a problem with their service have some balls and ask to speak their manager to file a complaint.

Customer service received from Teonna was exceptional! I will definitely recommend this ups store location!
