Amazing service, wonderful high quality product, not like the big box stores. The sales people are kind and not pushy and don't attack you when you get in the door. They have liegitimate sales not gimicks. Have a great, non generic selection with great fabric options too.

Went looking for a particular mattress, they didnt have it, but the lady went out of her way to see if she could get it. Great customer service is rare! I may come back for one of the BEAUTIFUL accent chairs they have!! Swivel and rocks

We had a 5 year old Whirlpool refrigerator freezer stop freezing. Paul’s Appliance was recommended, when done we had to buy another one. One week later the interior lights went out on the new one. Trinity Appliance falsely diagnosed to make the claim to Whirlpool. Whirlpool suggested Owens Furniture to come out and we’re glad they did. The tech and had problem resolved in 30 minutes. For our first experience with Owens Furniture we highly recommend Owens for appliance purchase and repair.
