Had them install a gooseneck hitch in my truck, they were quick with installation, excellent craftsmanship ,reasonably priced and very knowledgeable about their products and services. Will definitely be doing more business with them and recommending them.

These guys went far and beyond the call of duty for me. I limped in with a 9000lb load with a bum suspension. These guys stopped what they were doing and got me in and out. Service was amazing….. Thanks to Mike, Jethro, and Rollin for the great work and friendly service….

I was able to find some wheel studs that three other stores didn’t have nor could they order. Huge thank you to the sales associate that greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and was able to get everything I came in looking for. Shop local it’s worth it every time!!

Very helpful! Jethro stayed late to wait for me to get there, was very helpful in finding what I needed and directed us on where to find the part they were out of. Customer service was phenomenal. Hard to find nowadays.

Bought a 35SA from them a month or so ago. They were extremely nice and helpful! Hopefully I never have to buy another trailer but if I do, I’ll definitely be going back to Big Tex in Livingston and I recommend them to anyone/everyone.

I needed a short-notice install on a Roadmaster flat-tow system for my Jeep Wrangler. Jethro and his crew went right to work and promised it would be done so I could make my trip the next day. They stayed after closing to make sure it was finished, we hooked the Jeep up to our motor home, and off we went! Thanks guys and Happy New Year!

Had a bearing go out on my RV couple weeks ago while headed out to a special event. These guys from the manager down to the service man bent over backwards to get us back on the road. They had all the parts at a great price and dropped other jobs to get us fixed. I cannot say enough good things about these folks. I am recommending anybody in our offroad group to go see these folks for trailer sales or repairs. Refreshing to see and experience!!!!

Excellent buying experience. Purchased a 18' Rice car hauler. Great staff, did a complete inspection and detailed instructions on hookup and maintenance procedures. Well stocked on trailers, parts and accessories. I highly recommend for all your trailer requirements.

Can’t say enough good about the crew here. We had a wiring problem with our trailer that it caused us to go through four different shops. Every time was the same thing they could fix it for a little bit, but not fix it permanently. The team here was able to quickly diagnose the problem and provide fast, efficient service and fixing it. All in the same day in a matter of hours. When you run emergency response, you have to have your equipment in good shape. So glad we found a partner to help us. Keep ours in tiptop condition. Will definitely bring bringing them any of our trailers that need repair.

I'm from out of town and Livingston was the only location that carried the specific model I was looking for. Fernando answered the phone and was my sells representative. The customer service he provided was top notch as he was able to meet a few special requests I had. He really made the process smooth and easy. I had previously called a different location closer to me and they weren't helpful at all but Fernando and the Livingston location were a pleasure to work with. Really satisfied with both the trailer and the customer service.

I try to always keep my business as local as one can. I shopped around a bit and Big Tex Livingston was competitive on pricing. They had the truck bed in stock that I needed. Fernando was my salesman. Communication was on point. Roland was able to get my truck back to me ASAP.
