I have used Broken Arrow a few times. Each time I am impressed with the Professionalism, Knowledge and Interaction with me. Explaining carefully what to expect and the actions to take after they have completed the service. Steven was the gentleman that handled the service for me today. Great Job! Really Nice man who took his time to make sure I understood what was going to happen and how to keep my family and pets safe afterwards.
You can use any Extermination company you would like, but If you use anyone besides Broken Arrow, you are making a Mistake.

Great company! Butler comes out every few months to spray my home. He got rid of my spider infestation and he just came out to put a barrier for ants for the summer with some stuff specially formulated for them: He’s always very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this company if you have any bug issues. They’ll get rid of them and keep them out. Butler is great!

Butler was the exterminator that came to treat our home. He was promptly on time, asked questions to assure us what he was treating for. Very polite and professional.

Our technician, Butler, is one of the best! Always punctual, professional and so polite. He always ask if we are having any problems with bugs and what kinds. Once he sprays we never see critters until it’s time to spray again. We maintain a quarterly contract so there’s never a time I have to remember to call. I highly recommend Broken Arrow if you’re in Livingston area.

We've used Broken Arrow twice: once to remove an unwanted family of racoons from our attic this spring and, most recently, multiple wasp nests. I was skeptical when Steven said his initial treatment would kill wasps on contact—and in the future. He was right. He also educated me on different types of wasps and their nest-building habits. Great knowledge. Steven even came back two weeks later (15 minutes earlier than scheduled and at no additional charge), for a quick follow-up and second spraying. Broken Arrow exceeded my expectations; and that's unusual these days. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

We've had a good experience each time someone has come out from Broken Arrow Pest. Butler is a joy to work with. He was a couple minutes late today due to construction on the way. He called to let us know he'd be a little late. Very thoughtful.

Friendly, and efficient! Butler is usually is the one who comes and does our quarterly spray and he’s always on time, if not early. He’s friendly and does a good job.this company also eliminated my mouse problem in the garage.

Definitely recommend Mr. Brandon, he did absolutely amazin gettin rid of the skeeters at our home to where we could actually enjoy bein outdoors without havin to drench ourselves in bug spray!!! As he puts it he treats us how he’d want to be treated and we love that and appreciate him sooooo much! Thank you again Brandon!!

We called Broken Arrow out to spray our property since we were having issues with spiders, roaches and most pressingly, a woodpecker who likesputting holes in our cedar siding to find food.

Sandra was able to get someone out the same day, 2 hours after I called. Kenneth did a wonderful job spraying both inside, outside, and under our house. He was so helpful with explaining how to mitigate woodpecker damage in the future, and we were able to easily set-up quarterly sprays with him too.

I highly recommend using Broken Arrow for knowledge pest control, fast response times, and great communication.

We recently had an issue with roaches. Kenneth came out and was very friendly and polite. He was very knowledgeable about the chemicals he was using in my home. He gave me thorough instructions about after care. He also was very careful around my pets. Highly recommend.
