Most there are very nice. All but the colored guy at the first counter. He is always rude.

Knowledgeable and helpful, usually have what I want or order it. No complaints other than more expensive than online but more trustworthy and easier to take back if incorrect.

Had an issue with a truck battery under warranty and manager, Danielle, didn’t hesitate to issue a new one. Great customer service. Won’t go anywhere else. 5 stars is not enough. 10 stars

O'Reilly auto parts Always has the friendliest service. The employees are always so nice and helpful. I am in no way automotive savvy but that does not stop them from do their absolute best to help me get what I need each and every time I need something. I'm truly grateful for the wonderful employees that work there.

I recommend O'Reilly Auto Parts in Livingston. An employee, Bill helped me so very much on Sunday. His efforts in assisting me was absolutely appreciated. Also, overall, the employees have always been friendly, professional and helpful.

A young lady, was quick to help me with a program issue on my car,I was able to continue on my trip!

Great service, really helpful in making sure I had the correct part. Came outside and wrote down the VIN# to double check as different parts pulled up for my truck.

Kinsey was very helpful and goes above and beyond in helping her customers! We had our battery go out 2 miles down the road and she was going to send someone to change out our battery for us! Luckily we got it working enough to go in person to O'Reilly's .Bren changed out battery and helped us with a smile on his face. Best customer service I have seen in a while!

Mr. Vince was amazing and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and took the time to make sure I understood what needed to be fixed. My husband has been shopping here for 20 years and always goes to Mr. Vince. Thank you so very much

I like this location because they've been super helpful to us and friendly. We called in advance to see if they had a starter for a car. They did and told us it was the only one but that they could hold it aside for us. We were able to get there to pick it up like 30 minutes before they had closed and they tested our old one and even informed us that it actually tested good but it was without the extra strain of course. We bought it and the car started up just fine after it got put on. So the car messed up and we were able to quickly get the part and get it back on all within the same day!

Vince is my go to guy. He's always ready to help me get what I need. He definitely deserves a raise. He goes above and beyond for his customers.

Excellent customer service

I was having issues with my car dying with the automatic start/stop. I went to the Livingston store at 8:54…they close at 9! Cameron and Jordan did not hesitate to help me!! They tested my battery and found out I needed a new one. I purchased the battery and they helped me install it with no complaints and in the cold weather at closing time!! Excellent customer service!! Definitely recommend these two for any of your auto parts needs!! Thank you again for all of your help!!

Haven't had an all out remarkable visit, but, never had a bad experience either let's face it, chances are, if your in here your probably aggravated that something isn't running right, or worse, at all, AND the cashier knows this probably isn't the best time to attempt being humorous so they do their job. Get you the parts you need, answer any questions you may have, and if your a little clueless to what your doing offer any advice they may or may not have.
