Weatherford / Fort Worth West KOA Journey

Just passing through. Looks like a permanent camp ground
This wire for cable or the Internet scares me. I tried stamping it down a few times.
We have dogs and was worried their time downs would get wrapped up.
The pool was nice. Need cleaned debris. It was cool and refreshing.

From what I understand the park is under new ownership. The roads are new they are still doing construction in the back on new sites because of the rain it was minimal for my stay. Management were helpful and kind. Would love to stay here again.

Nice shaded sites with plenty of room to maneuver. Fenced in dog area and lots of other grassy places to walk the dogs

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful park restoom was very clean and showers all the amenities. You would want great park!

Stay at one of the camp sites, witch has power outlets at them too!

I stayed many days at the Weatherford KOA. They have a large grassy area for walking and playing with your dog that I loved. I discovered an ant mound had started up at the neighboring electrical box and the man who runs the KOA got right on it. He had been working all day and it was his day off! Nice people who run it. Very clean and I will stay again.

My husband and I and dog had a wonderful stay at the KOA journey in ft worth. We met the new owner that just took over the KOA and it working to bring it back to life! He chatted with us and even tried to help us fix our jack we had trouble with when we were leaving. The facilities get the job done have plenty of toilets and showers and laundry and the area was a perfect location for us we stayed about a month ago and are actually coming back we enjoyed our stay so much!!!

This is one of the nicest overall KOA Journey campgrounds we have had the pleasure of staying. The new owner is such a nice person and her staff is obviously very interested in making our stay enjoyable. The property lends itself something for every type of traveler. We will definitely be coming back here in our travels from California.

I have stayed there four times now at least. Sometimes it's overnight and sometimes it's for several months. Marie is the staffer in the office and the park manager Lance. Both are nice and professional people. I have nothing bad to say about any of my four stays there.

My 5 stars is because Maria in the office worked with us when we needed to extend our stay because our tow vehicle was in the shop. She moved other reservations around to allow us to keep the same site. Huge grass area for our dog to play.

Came in late had map of open spots . Our 40 ft motor home fit well! Nice place - surprised the office didn't open till noon on Sunday. We will be back again. :)

The park was clean. Site was level. Greeter was helpful. Owner gave directions for getting diesel. Price was great. Large trees. Grass. Place for dogs was great. Wish all RV parks were this convenient.

Went there for a car inspection. Thorough. Very pleasant people. Got me right in. Definitely worth looking at for RV services. Nice little park, close to everything local Weatherford.

The building and surrounding areas were clean. This place was listed as a RV and camper dealership, it is NOT. It IS a campground and RV Service Center. The staff was friendly and helpful. They provided information on a couple places to go to purchase a camper.

I had my truck inspected, and as always, it was fast and courteous. Great guys.

Great location near the I-20 an RV oasis in town close to everything you need but can’t see from the campgrounds. Great laundry room! Nice host lady!!

Stayed there 3 months in the 90's was great back then Headed back 7-18-21 to stay till ??? The area around deffently has grown and changed.. But not the people!! Great folk sweeter than Memaw's ice tea!!!
