Steve has been such a big help with the placement of my friends RV. He has made time for me. He is informing me about everything RV. We need to know so much. I’m grateful for Steve and Jennifer.

I've been here for a short stint. I like it here. I think the manager and his wife work hard on for this property. It feels like family here.

We've lived here about 4 yrs. It's the perfect place. Its nicely kept & peaceful! The owners are very sweet. The neighbors always have a wave for ya!! We have enjoyed living here!

These reviews that are bad about a deposit are from 1 person and she isn’t being truthful about it, there is a no holds on spots and if you choose to put up a deposit to hold one, of course it’s non refundable per owner because they loose a sale, and Tony I’m sorry that you feel it’s going down hill fast, will getting a new laundry room and more updated spots, and that you feel it’s your chance to feed off of the bad reviews because you didn’t get the management spot, we have been told, but it’s ok because your moving, we wish you safe travels.

We love living here. Owners and maintenance are friendly and helpful. The neighbors are wonderful and look out for each other.
