Always friendly and ready to help quickly with any RX need or emergency. It’s nice to give my business to people who greet me by name and know my needs. They deal with my doctors and insurance company and always have all of not a “get you by” quantity of my regular medications. So, so much better than experiences at big chain pharmacies!

They are always super friendly and efficient. If they have to order a script, it always comes within a day or two. Their delivery service is also very convenient! Thanks Shepherd RX!

I've been dealing with them for many years but the staff has just changed to a newer generation they are all super nice and helpful in any way they possibly can. They are wonderful people and I would support them in any way possible.

Always filling my prescription needs

Decent service. Doesn't take as long as Walgreens and they are much friendlier. Sometimes they have to order your medication bc they don't have it in stock.

They run out of my mother's heart prescriptions all the time and always owe her because they don't have enough in stock or the drug is on back order. Not good
