Polk Pick-It-Up

I stopped here last night on my way home from work and was exhausted & prepayed for gas and ...drove away not thinking ! I called the cashier & soon as I realized what I had done ...about 8 miles down the road ! (GOING SPEEDS OF 70) The cashier said he knew and had printed the receipt and took down my name and said he would leave it with the manager PAM ..so I could pick it back up the next day ! Well I called just so I didnt make a wasted stop & was told by another cashier after she went to the office and check ..but yet you heard her explaining the situation to someone about what took place the night before along with her asking me rude and UNprofessional chartirictics questions of the particuliar guy it was that took down my info ( THE UGLY ONE) trying to identifiy the guy that i was talking about cause I forgot his name ..I remember it was a common name just didnt note it thought it would be fine (BOY WAS I WRONG)...she took my info & called me back to let me know the manager noted that since I prepayed that anyone could have got the gas & I was not intitled to a refund ! WTF...for one your drawer would have been short & obviously I know that the money was pulled aside cause I spoke with the cashier that night a few minutes after..WHAT I GET SHE PROBABLY POCKETED THE MONEY...& IF YOU WERE A GOOD MANAGER YOU WOULD THINK YOU WOULD TRY & make mends meet ! NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THAT STORE !! AS LONG AS SHES RUNNING THE PLACE !! THE 2nd cASHIER was scared to even give me her name said she was on the low end of the totem pole and didnt want to lose her job well fyi .. i called at 9pm on 01/25/2013 !!
