Great service, done core charge return, the credit card machine for some reason didn't put it back on card, I didn't notice, but about 30 minutes later my phone rang and they told me what happened and said the cash will be waiting on you whenever you can make it back up here. Definitely made me feel good about doing business with them 👍👍👍

Three hours into a long haul
Christmas Eve trip with two kids and a dog in the car, and my check engine light went on. AutoZone staff cheerfully ran diagnostics to help understand the problem and then reassured us about safety for the rest of the drive. We didn’t spend a penny but got exactly what we needed. Great service, great people!

We had a headlight out. Stopped at autozone and Mr. Charles came out to check that the bulb was correct and then put it in the new one for ua! What amazing customer service!

Place was in excellent cleaning and people at the registers were very nice and friendly and a great help with my service A+

The guy who helped me was very knowledgeable about cars. Helped me get the right oil and stuff. Very nice guy.

Matt was wonderful. Extremely nice and service-oriented. Tested and changed my car's battery competently and quickly. My battery had a complication with the hold-down clamp, which Matt solved and repaired as well at no charge! Other staff were also nice and service-oriented. I felt very good about my experience with this crew and look forward to coming back any time I have a need.

Fast friendly service!

There are signs posted to wear a face covering to enter. I pulled my shirt up over my nose, because I failed to bring one. We were allowed inside. The store was a little busy, but we were helped rather quickly and the young woman was helpful and friendly. We usually shop here when we need auto parts for our vehicles. Very positive experience.
