Roy is an AMAZING human being. I don’t write a lot of reviews, but I feel the need to. One of our cats got wedged in a gutter (under leaf guard) on our fairly steep, metal slick roof (2nd story). After calling around all over town, I found Roy and he came out within the hour. He searched the attic where we first thought she was (dangerous and full of blown in insulation). Then he had to figure a way to get up onto our extremely high roof (even our longest extension ladder wasn’t long enough), get all the way to the edge, use pliers to lift the metal leaf guard and pull our kitty out and carefully get himself and her down. He would not accept a dime from me either no matter how much I tried to pay him. He’s literally a lifesaver. She’d been in there approximately 6 days and we had no idea. She wouldn’t have survived another night. It took well over a month for her to recover and she’s still not at 100%, but she’s getting there!! So grateful. We’ve now switched our quarterly pest control to his company and will be forever grateful!!!! It’s not everyday you find someone like him. Thank you so much. ☺

Roy was my inspector and he took care of all of my needs, he even assured that i knew how to utilize the boxes once they were placed. He was also willing to come to the home and find the rodent if it was trapped between the walls. His service is absolutely amazing

Ed’s always takes good care of my home! I called with concerns of whole home pest control, Misty was helpful with scheduling a time that was fitting to my busy schedule. Once the technician came out, he was very detailed in explaining the process and benefits of treatment. I’m really happy with the all around service, and the lack of bugs in my life!!

Best customer service you could ask for. Summer was very courteous on the phone and Roy came out to our house and went above and beyond expectations by spraying my shed and RV cover as well as the house. He was very knowledgeable and they guaranteed their work. We had very aggressive wasps and couldnt come in or out of the house without getting stung and now my kids can play in the yard while we sit on the deck and relax. I'm sending them over to my moms next week. Great Job!!

We had a wasp issue around the perimeter of our lake house. Ed's team came out and rid our home of all the wasps within 2 days. Professional and reasonable. We live out of town and did not have to be present during the process which was extremely convenient. Paid them after the service via a credit card over the phone. Would highly recommend!!!

Been using Ed's for I don't even know how many years now but they are great! Super friendly and get the job done! I usually have them come because of spiders but their service gets rid of spiders and other pest.
