I have to disagree with Sylvia’s review. I was with dr klenz for two of my pregnancies and she tells you your options, the risks, makes her recommendation but ultimately leaves the decision up to (you) the patient. She is very confident in her abilities, she’s never told me no to anything I wanted to try as far as my pregnancies. Dr Kris is also great she’s so pleasant to be around. The only bad experience I had with this office was one rude staff member followed me into my room, closed the door, and was telling me she tried contacting me several times to confirm my appointment (I was at work so I couldn’t answer, and I don’t call back unknown numbers) so I then told her no voice mail was left and the other girls usually leave me one & she told me no that that does not matter I need to be answering the calls. She then opened the room left and I cried because of my hormones & how attacked I felt 😂 but I believe she is no longer with them. Other than that nothing but great people there. Their sonogram tech is also phenomenal she makes me feel so comfortable.

These seem to be greedy doctors... who wont touch their hearts to give a cancer scare to get people in the surgery table... and dont care about patient's wills, or feelings for that matter...
ever since I had my horrible experience, Ive been talking to people and hearing awful things about both doctors!!! it looks like they have a very bad reputation everywhere, and I didnt know about it! :(
they will try to force you into what they want! but you have to remember, ITS YOUR BODY!! you control what happens to it. and where it happens...GET INFORMED ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS AS A PATIENT!
as a rule of thumb in health. doctors are humans and make mistakes too! DONT BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU ARE TOLD!
get a second opinion!! talk to other people!! even though you are not paying full amount for their services; your insurance or the goverment is! you have to care about what they are doing and how much they are charging for it.
Performance wise...I have to say that It took 4 hours in the waiting room last time I was there...
one time before they had me waiting for 5 hours and a half because they scheduled my appointment wrong
the doctor only got to see me 20 minutes because it was already 6pm and she wanted to leave, I literally chased her outside of the room to try to get some answers... and even for the surgeries they wanted to do on me they could not provide printed information... the nurse literally said " google it"
(Staff is very rude by the way)
