Went in for a pair of boots this place has a variety of styles and selection. Went over to pay and a young man by the name of AJ was at the register and attended us with Great Customer Service and real polite along with a Female Manager that was there at that time. I really appreciate there customer service this Manager has great leadership!!! I recommend this location.

I just wanted to say that I was very satisfied with the service that was provided at this location, Linda the manager made sure my purchase was taken care of and shipped to my address as promised I love my western suit I purchased. The staff there was all very polite and friendly great store. Will definitely make more purchases there.

I got a cowboy hat, the man that was there help me alot. Gave me some tips to take care and explain me about quality of all hats. Very useful I don know his name but he was a man on his 40s

The Best service ever! The young ladies working the Sunday evening shift were so helpful and patient with me. They were near closing time and they still went above and beyond to help me find the right boots! Thank you so much ladies! Oh and the young man who helped me at the Jackson boot Jack was very helpful too.

My husband bought his cowboy hat 🤠 here and Riley made the experience. He took time to shape it perfectly to my husband’s face, he was friendly, fun and entertaining. We will go back just for him.

Had an issue with my left boot on a recent purchase on how it fitted , went in and took care of me without hesitation . Manager Carlos made the transition smooth and easy as well as the original person who helped me Mr. Leo. GREAT customer service! Defenetily keep coming back.

Erica & Gaby did a tedious and exacting task of pinning a suit coat and trousers ready for alterations. Erica was training Gaby and I felt she relayed my thoughts into the precise way for Gaby to learn to properly pin correctly. They were patient to a fault.😄

Personnel was very nice and accomodating. Helped my grandson (16) get his first ropers, jeans and belt. Very nice western clothes.
