Highly recommend visiting Ashley's Homestore at this location! I had originally called over the phone to inquire about a sectional that I wanted to check out and Mike the Sales Manager was super helpful and inviting and encouraged me to go ahead and check out the sectional since they had it on display. Me and my wife walked in and he immediately welcomed us and showed us the sectional and gave us all the info we needed (measurements, price, eta for delivery, etc.) We ended up working out a deal and he made the process super easy when making our purchase! We got 3 out of our 4 pieces of furniture within 2 weeks! The delivery also went very well! Super satisfied with Mike and the Ashley team! Will definitely be visiting again in the future for a new bed and more furniture. :)

Great Deals for Great Products. I was able to furnish most of my apartment at a great price. Highly recommend Ashley and it's staff. Manager took the time and helped me with a jump. Isaiah was an amazingly patient salesman with me… while I waited on some things he was checking on, a manager (I forgot his name) came over to talk to me and make sure I was being taken care of and asked if I had any questions or concerns about the furniture I was looking at. I recently had an experience at Ashley's Furniture that left me with mixed feelings. My interaction with the salesperson, a young gentleman named Tony, was amazing. He took great care of us, built rapport, and provided the best sales experience he could. His efforts were truly commendable.

At one point, I asked to speak with a store manager about the price discrepancy between the online and store prices, which felt misleading. Instead of providing positive reinforcement or clarity, the manager gave off a negative, "better than you" and annoyed vibe. He suggested that if I wanted a different price, I should look for cheaper furniture elsewhere, which was not why I called him over. I felt this was unnecessary and unhelpful. He could have simply informed me of the final price.

I returned the next day, which was Sunday, and decided to make the purchase. To my surprise, the price was actually what I had initially expected: $1298 with tax included for the two sofas(I thought it was that plus tax). Had the manager communicated this clearly, I would have made the purchase the previous day. Unfortunately, due to this delay, the sofas are now out of stock, and I have to wait until September for them to be available.

Overall, I would rate Isaac, the salesperson, five stars for his excellent service. However, the manager's handling of the situation deserves only one star. A manager's role in a sales interaction should be to overcome objections and facilitate the sale, but that did not happen in this case.

I have a strong feeling that if it weren't for Isaac, I would not have made the purchase. People buy from people, and Tony’s service was the reason I chose to buy. Given that we spent $2,300, this experience was significant enough to warrant a detailed review.
