Hampton Inn Livingston

This place is no longer the Hampton. It’s now the Angler. On line it said sold out. We had family we were visiting in Trinity, and like Hiltons. This was the closest one so I decided to call. It was not sold out, just newly renovated and called a different hotel. We stayed for 4 nights. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Shower was very clean and loved the glass doors. All the staff was friendly.
There was a couple smalls things we are accustomed to at Hiltons that they didn’t have. Such as there was no coffee pot in the room. The coffee they did have was in the restaurant behind a counter, that seemed for the waiters. It was kinda weird getting.
Also of course there was no complimentary breakfast.
We definitely will stay again if ever in the area.

You can disregard the old reviews on this hotel! Its been completely renovated, including the restaurant,lounge,lobby and rooms. Place is spotless!!!
Outdoor dining ( food is excellent) service and cleanliness on point!
CHECK IT OUT YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!!

It was a very nice stay. I had gone to a wedding & fell & broke my ankle, when got back to our room asked the desk if they had a wheel chair, she said No.
It would seem a good idea to have on hand in case needed. I had to deal with my crutches. It would be an easy thing to store.
Again enjoyed the stay. The new look was really good.

When we checked in it was raining. The staff brought the luggage cart to the covered check-in entrance for us to move everything to our room. VERY accommodating and helpful. The room was great. The best part was yet to come. The included breakfast bar the next morning was SPECIAL! We were greeted by Tiffany to be sure we had whatever we wanted from the things available from the breakfast bar. The "from scratch" oatmeal was really good. She insisted that my wife take an apple to go. Gracious. Personal conversations with her revealed that she had been the breakfast host at this Hampton Inn several years.

Tiffany is a REAL asset to this Hampton Inn, When we are in Livingston, We will stay in the Hampton Inn because of our love for Tiffany.

We have stayed at MANY Hotels! But this was the most welcoming , comfortable , friendliest one we have ever stayed in.
Everyone from the manager to the lady who works the kitchen to the housekeepers were so friendly and outgoing!! We had to be evacuated and they made our experience so pleasant!
I will definitely be staying here again!
I want to thank each and everyone of you for being so accommodating to our families!!
If you want stay somewhere that makes you feel right at home , this is the place!

This is the best hotel in Livingston.The staff is amazing and very helpful. My room was kept very clean, housekeeping did an amazing job. The best part though, had to be the breakfast!! :)

All the staff was Very accommodating ! Excellent place to stay in Livingston, Texas. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Excellent customer service, very personable and they went out of they way to make our stay the BEST!!!!!!!!!

I stayed here last weekend. Very nice room and the bed was great. Very good breakfast in the morning. I will definetly be coming back to stay again. Best hotel in Livingston.

I stay exclusively at Hilton properties and the Hampton Inn in Livingston is always great. Today Skyler and Bethany went over and beyond getting me checked in and accommodating my hunger for some cookies. Great job girls, this is why I stay at Hilton properties.

Great for what it is. Clean, simple hotel. If you just need a place to sleep in Livingston, I recommend it. Right off the highway and close to the lake and State Park.

We always use this hotel traveling back and forth from Louisiana. Always clean, staff is helpful, and the hotel is pet friendly. Which is a plus!

Rough start, room wouldn't work but after we got in nice. Good breakfast & friendly staff.

Livingston is a cozy little town with some pretty decent restaurants. The Hampton has clean rooms, excellent service, and a friendly staff.

They treated us right. Manager is a good person and the place is clean, neat, and My family and I enjoyed our stay.

Rooms are small but very reasonably priced. Very friendly and great stuff and management.
