Holiday Inn Express & Suites Livingston, an IHG Hotel

We had a magnificent stay at this hotel. Great service, friendly staff, clean large rooms and so much more. Great breakfast and many amenities. We would give them 10 stars instead of just five.

I one hundred percent recommend. I Understand that they are under a renovation. But they are willing to work with you and accommodate you however possible. I called all of the hotels in Livingston I am in the medical field and I had to go to work at the hospital and cover late night shifts. They were the only hotel in the area that would work with me.

Rick, Pam, and the young man on the night shift made my stay a most enjoyable one with their incredible customer service. Rick is the best person to have at the front desk to welcome new people, the young man was very friendly as well. Pam makes breakfast fresh from scratch and it was amazing! She also uses fresh, cracked eggs! Wow! I usually don't eat breakfast, but couldn't resist it smelled so good and was delicious! Also, the best sleep I've gotten in a long time. The most comfortable beds and fluffiest pillows, and the cleanest bathroom! I recommend staying here. The hotel is a little dated, and towels seem dated too, but everything else makes it so worth it. 5 stars! Thank yall for a great stay!

The staff were friendly and tried their best to make my stay comfortable and pleaseant. The manager also gave me a ride to the apartment that I am moving to because I'm new to the area and didn't have a car yet.

I would highly recommend this hotel if you need a place to stay in Livingston.

Our only complaint is...we asked for a roll away bed and were told they had none. They actually said they didn't even have them on the property due to liability. Well on the first morning we walked down the hall toward the elevator and there was a storage room door open and guess what was in that room roll away beds.
The breakfast was good and the hostess working was very friendly.
We just don't understand why we were lied to about the roll away beds. We literally had to make other arrangements for one of the kids because we were told the hotel had none.

The staff was very friendly. Pam at front desk was so helpful. The breakfast was amazing. Everything was fresh and hot. The breakfast attendant was extremely nice and accommodating. Her name was Pam also. The beds left great and very far from the casino.will definitely come back!

The staff were extremely helpful and nice. The rooms are a tad outdated, but they had marketing out for scheduled renovations, which is lovely! Location was great, a few restaurants near by.

I was making a 2 hour trip to the casino in Livingston and wanted somewhere to go to freshen up before casino and somewhere to rest after, before I drove back...staff was friendly and they offer free breakfast, I will stay again in future!! Thank you!

During this terrible disaster the young lady that checked us in was absolutely wonderful. The price was a little high no breakfast to be served as advertised, no pool, but meet some wonderful people who where so stressed knowing they would have a lot of destruction, no home to go home to . Holiday Inn could have made it a little better by serving fresh coffee maybe cookies pastries something. The young lady who was scheduled to go home around three or four was so kind and made coffee for us she also brought pillows and blankets we were in room 301 on Wed. Night. Just little things they mean a lot.---A little note as the night progressed was not so good had some major issues that were not taken care of. Toliet broke could not be fixed till morning. Maintenance man was already in bed . We were on on 3rd floor ,had elderly mother with broke foot sprung ankle to take down at least 10 times to restroom on 1st , breakfast was water granola bar peaches in bag. Sorry guy's have got to do better.

We had some special requests and they accommodated us. They were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make things enjoyable for us. The rooms were clean. Great breakfast included too. Will definitely be my choice when and if I return to Texas.

It's dated, probably needs a remodel, didn't have breakfast and couldn't use the pool but we're in the middle of a pandemic so really wasn't worried about it. Despite that, the office staff we had interaction with, especially the night shift ladies, were amazing and so nice. 5 stars for those ladies

Another great stay at Holiday Inn Express. A friendly hostess welcomed me and thanked me for being a member of the their travel program. A major storm had just blown through causing the hotel to lose power. They did a great job getting me in a room despite the situation and escorted me to my room till s key card could be made. The room was clean. The beds and linens were clean and comfy. Breakfast was enjoyable and gave me the protein I needed to work that morning.

Great sized room with nice upgrades. Very comfortable for our short stay while visiting casino.

They went out of the way to make sure we could get a room appropriate to our needs. We felt understood and appreciated. I can't say enough about the staff and management. Our experience was fantastic and the few hiccups we had were not only fixed or corrected, they were done with a smile and quickly.

Our stay was comfortable and the staff was very friendly. We only stayed there for one night, and my wife lost one of her diamond earrings. She wasn't sure if she lost it in the truck or in the hotel room. We had already checked out of the hotel when she realized she'd lost her earring. We called the hotel and told them what had happened and to please call us if the found it. They called us 15 min. later that they had found it. We went by to pick it up and were extremely happy. We thanked them. They were very honest about finding the earring in the room. Very good experience at this hotel.

Loved the location of the Inn way away from the main Hwy noise, the service was excellant from all employees, and the room was very clean. The bathroom needs a repair to the baseboard area behind the bathroom door.

Fantastic desk clerk worked dillegenty to get us a room that didn't exist. Her phone was ringing off the hook because of the hurricane and she never lost her composure or smile. Room was great, clean and comfortable.

I have never stayed at this particular hotel before, but I am a member so I stay in alot of Holiday Inn Express and Suites. I did enjoy the room we got, it was the king suite with jacuzzi tub. Very nice. Also one of the employees, Crystal Cryer was very nice and helpful. I personally think that some of the staff deserve a raise. I know I couldn't work in a hotel lol. Overall it was a good stay as always even with the rain.

If I could give 10 stars if I could. Rick was super helpful and more than accommodating. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Rooms were clean. The pool was quiet.

I was very pleased with the service I went in for my husband's funeral and the hospitality that was there was much appreciated even when it comes to morning breakfast such a sweet lady I believe her name was Pam I had to give her a tip and let her know how much I think her for her love and support
