Miranda and pat were absolutely the best. I made the mistake staying and the motel 6 right down the road where's they are miles apart when it comes to amenities. Both pat and Miranda are quality employees making my stay pleasant

Great value and comfort for a nights sleep, they accept dogs, a must for me and ask for a non smoking room. The breakfast is definitely a convenience and helps you save money. No bugs or stains and they had a pretty pool although I had no time to swim.

Loved staying here. People were so nice. Only drawback is traffic noise. Not bad though. The price was within reason also.

This hotel has been great! Its quiet, pet friendly (like they're really pet friendly, not one of those places that say they are but give you the "side eye" when you walk your dog). Staff is very helpful, cheerful and pleasant to talk to. Rooms are clean, housekeeping isn't invasive. I have been here 2 nights and would definitely stay again. Thank you Americas Best!

My husband and I needed a place to stay for a couple of nights while our home was being remodeled and they had us booked and in a beautiful room without any hassle. The rooms are very nice, clean and well maintained. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. The price is a little more than some of the other hotels/motels in the area however you get what you pay for with those other establishments. I felt very safe and comfortable. We will stay again.

Only had issues with the people below us, apparently my kids were too loud but just walking is loud on the floor, the walls and floors are very thin. Our neighbors were rather loud too but we never called the front desk to complain. We ignored it. Otherwise, the room was nice, clean & the beds were good, large bathroom. Best part was the breakfast! Would I stay here again? Perhaps.

Nice clean room. The rooms have everything you need including a very cold fridge. Breakfast served 6am to 9am. They have waffles, toast, eggs, potatoes, biscuits, gravy, cereal, milk, apple juice, coffee, cranberry juice and bananas. The only small complaint I have is the ice and vending machine on my floor was out of order. Could also put out more shampoo. There wasn't enough shampoo in the small pack to wash my thin hair, not enough for one person. That's just small things. I enjoyed my stay and staff was polite and helpful. I will be back.

Wonderfull!! The rooms are so clean, the pool is very relaxing and it is amazing how they offer FREE ice!! I just don't like how he have to pay a fee to bring in pets, as we don't have much money and me and my dog both have separation anxiety. The view out the window on the thirty floor is amazing!!! ✨✨✨

Do not find many smoking rooms these days. This hotel has 1 of 3 floors for smokers! Big plus for me. Rooms were clean. Most of staff was nice and knowledgeable. 100% will use next time

A one night stay, clean neat, comfortable. breakfast area well stocked and cared for. **** I left a piece of much needed medical equipment in my room and discovered I didn't have it when I got home. A phone call to the hotel located the Item, a return call to me in 10 minutes from the manager , and It mailed to my home that day. Two thumbs way way up. many thanks

I've stayed here several times to visit family and have never had any issues that their staff couldn't solve, including room changes. I've stayed at the Holiday Inn and La Quinta, but this place hands down is the better one.

I don't care too much for a pool or lobby since I mostly use the hotel to just sleep and get ready for bed, so if your plan is to sleep/wake up and go do things in Livingston, this is the best hotel for your buck!

This place was awesome!! Very friendly staff and the price was the best in town.the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We even had special requests of which they were happy to accommodate! Would love to stay here again and will suggest to all of my coworkers on their travels. If I could give more than 5 Stars I would!

Room was a wheelchair accessible room, this room was non smoking but it was on a smoking floor. AC works great, water stayed hot, were able to get extra towels, blanket and pillows with no problems.

We have stayed here at least twice a year for the last 8 years. This is the best place to stay in Livingston. Rooms are large, well kept, clean & reasonably
priced. The complimentary breakfast is very good. The staff are professional but personable too.

The staff was so super friendly and sweet. They greeted me every time I came and went and always spoke. The room was super clean and very comfortable. Super spacious! I would so stay again. Worth the price!!!

Staff is friendly and efficient. Room was very clean and nice; much larger than we expected. Breakfast was nice. Close to lots of restaurants and stores. We were not disappointed in the slightest. Highly recommend for those looking to stay.

I was concerned abt the three starr and negative reviews..but. iI found the motel in excellent condition. It was decorated nicely and clean. I had two small dogs with me and pd $10 for them..plus a $100 refundable fee..if the room passed inspection. The dogs were with me every minute and we left the room just as we found it..clean. the breakfast..during Covid time..was better than any in other motels that I had these past six weeks. Options were..Oatmeal,grits,mandarine oranges, a potato patty and a biscuit with sausage and egg. This was a 5 star hotel.

Nice hotel at a reasonable price point. The place was clean & well-maintained. The front desk staff went out of their way to be helpful.

Room was clean and neat, bedding was fresh, complimentary breakfast prepared homestyle was appetizing, coffee was hot and fresh with plenty of options for "fixin it" to personal taste. I'd stay there again.
