This property on Smith street in Denton tx.. is not safe. They have no cameras. My son and I was attacked by a man that lives in his storage on this property. He came at my son with a spear in one hand and a knife in the other. There has been many break ins at this location but can not prove anything due to not having any cameras. The denton police dept.confirmed this as well. There is several people living inside these units...it's unsafe and the owner is not doing anything to protect the individuals that have stored their things here. It is the people that live inside their units that are breaking the locks on these units ..many units have been emptied out ..people have came to this property only to find that the storage unit they rented is now empty. I THINK THIS PROPERTY SHOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR ALL PERSONS ITEMS THAT HAS BEEN STOLEN!Due to the fact they lie about having cameras!
