U-Haul Moving & Storage of Denton

I recently went to pick up a moving van, this location made the experience very easy especially given I had a previous balance due. Very time efficient and the employees were extremely friendly, usually don’t typically get serviced in the way of it being so in the moment in, in this time anymore. I worked with Abigail, Amber, and the manager to get things done. Highly recommend this location for your moving expenses and time management. Thank you guys one love 🙏🏿💯

I towed the trailer into the drop off area but I was on the phone on an important call so I delayed going inside to check in, and suddenly the trailer was disconnected and a guy was giving me the thumbs up! I opened my window to question him and he said all set! It was stinkin awesome!!
Actually pickup time was just as awesome - I forgot my hitch she the guy said no problem just go grab it and come back and I'll help you. As soon as he saw me, again thumbs up, and walked over to my trailer and hooked it up for me before I had a chance to say anything. Seriously love this location!

Overall they had great customer service. Especially the nice young lady up front. She definitely deserves a raise. I wish I could remember her name but she helped me out with the reservation I had at 7am.

The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. I've had to rent more from U-haul than normal recently, and am extremely happy.
My one complaint is that app for returns can be glitchy at times when it comes to the phot upload.
It worked out, but I had to take the pictures 3 times before it cemented the upload.

Great location! I rented a 10' truck. Pick up was really easy and I had accidentally rented the wrong dolly and they fixed it for me! Drop off literally couldn't have been easier. I handed them my keys and I was done! And everything was fairly priced with the mileage, etc! 100% recommend this location!

I rented a truck for about an hour today and the entire process was smooth and efficient. The ease of the return was the most surprising part. I wouldn't change a thing in the process. I will definitely be back and let others know about what a great deal and process it is.

Great service representatives! Vehicle was clean and ready to go! However, pictures of the vehicle need to be updated after each rental!

Nothing to do better. Outstanding customer service. Starting with The amazing clerk who checked us in. To the super sweet lady who checked the truck back in and was super sweet yo my daughter.

The only improvement can be done by the company App to function better. No one at the location or the location is at fault.

I talked and worked with Christian and Amber and I felt so comfortable and at ease through the whole process of closing my father's unit out due to his passing. They were so efficient and more than helpful. There was another young lady that was was cleaning the common areas of the units and she was super friendly as well. Such a smooth transition to taking care of what I really didn't want to. Thank you all and to the gentlemen that helped me get a new lock.

The GM took really good care of us and was super helpful

Staff was polite and friendly, and the wait in line was shorter than I was expecting with so many people there. Everything went smoothly with both the equipment pickup and return. My only suggestion is to improve the customer parking situation. You're in a college town and know when you'll be busy, so make everyone's lives easier by having parking and overflow clearly marked.

Rob, the manager of this U-Haul location, was instrumental and efficient in helping me detach my car from a trailer after a one-way move. He also personally oversaw that no unnecessary additional charges were placed onto my account. He deserves to be recognized for valuing the customers and getting them in and out quickly.

Leo and the crew here was absolutely wonderful! Our Uhaul had an engine problem and they not only jumped on getting us another trailer quickly but 2 of their men moved all of our stuff safely over to the new trailer without us having to do it! I would highly suggest getting your Uhaul from here!

I can not say enough about how great my experience was here. I went in a few days early to verify my online reservation and asked a bunch of “new guy” questions. They patiently answered and made some great suggestions. I showed up at my scheduled time and was in and out in about 15 minutes. Got home and was worried I needed something bigger and they went out of their way to find me another. Just great, great service. Highly recommend!

Jonathan is a hoot man!! Extremely personable and genuine! He went above and beyond to make my first experience renting a Uhaul van not only easy but memorable, as weird as that may sound, ask for Jonathan and you’ll completely understand!! You’ll walk out with a smile on your face!! Most definitely recommend using this location!!

I came in with a wiring issue and Mark the Hitch pro absolutely solved my problem easy so happy with Mark. Veteran friendly. If your having trailer wiring or hitch issues go see Mark

I've used this location twice for storage and most recently (earlier this week) to rent a truck and tow dolly for my move to San Antonio and I have always had a great experience. Once my debit card had fraud and had to be cancelled and I forgot to update U-haul with my new card number, they called me and were very friendly and got my new card set up and waived the fee. Most recently, Katie, helped process my move out and I can't say enough good things about her. She was very friendly helpful and professional. Her help and beautiful smile turned what was a very long day (loading/moving/packing) into a great day!
