Publix Pharmacy at Spring Hill Village

Always friendly staff makes it easy and personable to pick up medications. And some of my medication, like my my blood pressure medicine and diabetes medicine are even free at the pharmacy!! I cant recommended them enough. Amy is an awesome manager.

I have been using Publix pharmacy in Spring hill for over 12 years. Amy and Robin have always had my prescription ready on time and accurately. I was going on vacation and I forgot to order my prescription, I went in and they had it ready in 15 minutes. It's the little things that count. Thank you....

All of the pharmacists here do a great job here. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and have always gone out of their way to be helpful. Highly recommended.

Between "lost" prescriptions for life saving meds, unprofessional grammar/tone on the phone from the staff, waiting for 9min (and counting! had more enough time to write a bad review while I wait) and a voicemail that hangs up on you...I'm not sure I'll ever use this pharmacy. It's miserable to call in a script to them as a medical professional and even worse to try to fill meds as a patient.

Medications are never completely filled, always waiting on at least one of mine to finish up. All experiences I’ve had so far have been poor. I’m not refilling anything here again.

I know there are probably a lot of nice people who work at this pharmacy, but it’s definitely not the pharmacist or the pharmacist tech working on Sunday 5/9. Actually this was the third engagement I had with her in the last few weeks. She’s rude, has a non caring attitude, and most certainly should NOT be working with customers. I am now moving all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy.
