Had a great shopping experience at the Cool Springs, Rooms To Go! David and Chris were very friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. David spent time with me discussing all my options. The delivery guys, Hendon and Wilfer, were awesome! I have a tight entry space and they were very creative and very careful which I really appreciated! They got the job done well. I immediately received a call from Customer Service to make sure I was happy with my purchase and delivery. I’ve been very impressed with the whole process and I am thoroughly enjoying my brand new, beautiful sectional sofa! 5 stars!

Mr. Larry was amazing! He was very professional and knowledgeable. He allowed us the space to navigate around the showroom, but was close enough for questions. He sold us our previous sectional 14 years ago and we are just as pleased with our purchase and service now as we were then!

David Aziz is genuinely the best and most phenomenal person to deal with. We were at the store for 6 hours and he was with us the entire time, helping and giving us his honest feedback as well as finding us the best things that fit our needs! Save yourself the time and ask for him when you walk in!

David Aziz, is so amazing! David, helped us pick our house furniture and was very patient with us as we changed our minds 700 times! David gave us an honest opinion about the pieces we chose and also the way they were made structurally! David is very educated about every piece in the store as he made them! Will not buy another piece of furniture if it’s not through rooms to go and David!

I had an awesome experience getting my new mattress and bed. I went into the store unsure of what I wanted but Larry and Chris were so great! David was wonderful! He was able to help me with my order and make sure that all my furniture pieces were set to be delivered on the same date versus what the online web was saying. He insured my order was accurate and called me back in the amount of time he said he would. Excellent customer service!

David “mrsoberman” was AWESOME! He made my experience exceptional and made sure that I walked out with what I wanted. Not only was he very helpful, but knowledgeable as well (gave me some decor tips and color combinations to make my house a home)! I highly recommend that you ask for David.

We made a cart in Atlanta with a salesperson who was very pushy and lied to us. When we came into this location we asked for a new salesperson because we didn’t want to give her the sale. We were connected with Larry who not only was awesome but also set up the same cart and it was cheaper because the last salesman added fees to increase our final price. He was also able to get us two mattresses that were better quality for the same exact price!!! Larry was amazing!

Larry was so kind and easy to work with my sister and I! We were on a time crunch and he got us in and out quickly! Very kind sales approach versus the many places I’ve been to where they try and upsell you but that wasn’t the case at all here! Highly recommend Larry!

Went in just to look at mattresses and adjustable bases, David was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when guiding us through our choices. To the point we purchased rather than "just to look". He worked with us to get the best price possible with 0% financing for 45 months. He had to get his manager Chris involved, who was a pleasure to work with, also. This was not my 1st purchase from RTG and it won't be my last with the customer 1st mentality demonstrated by David and Chris. GO SEE THESE GUYS at the Cool Springs store.

We came in looking for a few sectionals but our needs and measurements were pretty specific. David was great in helping us find just the right pieces for our home. Would absolutely recommend finding him in the store if you need help or have questions.

Great pic of beautiful furniture and wonderful salesman and staff. Found a sofa that a door they were able to give me a few discounts and a card so that I could continue to make payments without any interest for years. When they delivered myself, it had some sort of spot on it that was yellow looked like yellow market marker. They are giving me a brand new sofa again here on August 26 about a couple weeks after I had this one I bought a white leather sofa and both sides recline all the way back and it has USB ports and it’s absolutely beautiful and practical and comfortableto go they top quality furniture and they deliver it to your home. There’s no extra food for that and Fried and being very careful and explaining it to you.

Larry was wonderful. Went in to look at some furniture. Although we didn’t purchase the day we came in to look but we did show back up as promised 2 days later and got our new living room set. Thank you Larry for all the humor and hospitality. You were amazing!

We got a great deal on a beautiful sectional, ottoman, accent chair and dining room set! Larry was so helpful and knowledgeable, and not pushy like so many salespeople. Financing was easy and we are excited for our new stuff!
