Westar Travel Plaza, Inc. (One9 Fuel Network)

There was an easy way to get here from the interstate but the new construction shut it down. Now to get there you have to go an annoying route which many don’t want to do. Now it’s closed down so it looks like that is what killed it off.

This place is completely closed. For months many truckers used it as a safe haven. Passed by it today and it’s completely fenced off.

The best bacon 🥓 egg 🥚 and cheese 🧀 I had it for a long time.. the restrooms are clean and the crews are super friendly

Kinda inconvenient to get to, lots of parking tho. I arrived at 1430, went in to shower, small showers, came out 30 minutes later & went to get some food at the chicken counter, they had closed! No food at all! Had to make do with microwave food foe dinner. Also I purchased a pa kage of gluten free oreos, I knew they would be expensive there, yeah $9.96! Jeeez.

Its an older truck stop. But still nice. Diesel prices were outstanding compared to everyone else. $4.11 a gallon. Bathrooms were clean. Glad we stopped on our way home. This place even had private media rooms. And i believe they has rooms to rent to.

I leave reviews but never before for a travel plaza type place, but I am compelled to share that this is so clean, spacious and staff (shout out to Alyssa) made a regular stop-for-gas-and-bathroom a delightful experience!

Love stopping here. Great selection inside as well as approx 100 parking spots you do have to go through a neighborhood to get into the parking lot so don't freak out

Best rest area un SC I 85 clean!!! I mean clean!!!! restrooms better than loves and pilot 🙄 , if you have no Sleeper in your truck you can rent room to rest gas price is cheap I'll give 10 stars because this people really think on driver to get then a excellent service
Plenty space and no to crowded

I only used the restroom here so that’s what I’m reviewing. It was so clean, they went above and beyond what most establishments do. Clean floors, stalls, nice smelling soap. Thankful to whoever cared enough to set the bar high.

5 stars because you can ALWAYS find a spot to park here. They only have a limited food menu. Not like it used to be. It’s a little different getting in here now from the Interstate. Overall a nice clean facility with reasonable fuel prices. They’ve even got a 10 room motel if you can’t find a better spot for your 34

Empty as of now . But so thankful the lot is still open to park in .

Very helpful staff especially the cashier that was there the other day Angel Martinez my card wasn't working and I was on empty with my gas light on on the way to work and he actually offered to let me send him the money from my cash app account to get gas and he used his to pay for it he was a lifesaver since I had no other options seeing that I had no cash on me and my credit card wasn't reading and my phone wasn't allowing me to use tap to pay. He was extremely friendly and went above and beyond in order to help me out and did so happily and about me even having to ask. He had no obligation whatsoever professionally or personally to do that yet he did and literally prevented myself from not getting to work and being able to keep the establishment I work at from being forced to close for the night due to a lack of employees. And I'm greatly appreciative of his exceptional character and willingness to go above and beyond to help a stranger without even knowing how dire the situation really was only that I needed to pay for gas so I can get to work and had no way to do so with their register since I had was Cash app account without a card that was really of no use until he offered to help. For his willingness to help I thank him my general manager and district manager thank him and if he ever wants to change a scenery haha I would love to have someone like him working with me here. And I know my district manager would.
Also the store was very clean and the other staff that I've came in contact with their have all been friendly and respectful and it's a shame that the construction being done around that store that's made it slightly difficult to get into the parking has affected their business because it is all around a exceptionally managed good and has average gas price lower than any few miles southbound on 85 by as much as 10 cents a gallon on average.

Great place! Recently renovated....showers are $7. Not palatial but better than a lot of places and 1/2 what the large chains charge. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Next time I plan on trying the Latin Restaurant!

I love this place. I will always love this place. It doesn't matter how much it changes or how many times it changes, this truck stop was a big portion of the early part of my career, doing Dollar Tree dedicated. I will never not stop at this place, even though the restaurant that had the outstanding Cuban sandwich is gone.

I’ve been stopping here for a couple years now and I really enjoy this place. Got in last night around 10pm and there was still a decent bit of parking left. The Westar Cafe they’ve got has an amazing bacon egg & cheese biscuit and the employees in the restaurant and gas station are usually friendly. They’ve also got hotel rooms if you’re tired of sleeping in your truck and want a break from that. Showers are $7 if I remember correctly. Highly recommend this truck stop.

Nice independent truck stop. Very clean, including the showers. I didn't rent a room, so I couldn't comment on that. The lot is nice sized, and well layed out. Huddle house was good, the service and food was above average. The store is modern and clean. Definitely a place to knock out your break, and not have to deal with the idiots at the big guys.

This place needs a big face lift, for 7s truckers it is a great a place like this with services enough room to park, but something is going on it seems to be falling apart, I just hope that it is down just because of the construction over the next to it Interstate 85

There is a big lot for truck parking! Every time I've been there it's always clean on the inside including the restroom.

The few workers I've came in contact with are very friendly! I have never ate inside. So I can't tell you about the food.

The store and trucker areas are always clean. It is never overcrowded and has a Latin American restaurant, so a trucker can find parking and a pleasing departure from the regular food items we get at bigger truck-stop chains. (Just bring back the three-milks cake!)

The cleanest truck stop I have ever been in. A place where greed has not showed its uglyness. Laundry room was the best I have ever seen with $1.25 washers and $1.00 dryers that actually dried before time tan out. Polite and courtiers employees. We need more like them
