Advance Auto Parts

This is my go to store! But I have to say that Mr. Twrin is the man and has been a great addition to the team on Chesnee Hwy! I have seen a lot of folks come and go here, and a lot of them are not always helpful. But Twrin, that man has always went above and beyond to help me with any questions or concerns that i may have on a project or repair i maybe working on. He listens and does not argue with you and very professional. As at a lot of the other locations (and the young guys here at night) they try to talk to you like you do not know what you are doing and or want to the lock the door 10mins before closing, in your face.
Anyway! Twrin and Michael on 221 are the best at this AAP and in the Spartanburg area! Hopefully they keep these two guys. 3/12/2024

Thanks for going above and beyond Jeff!! We were driving through from out of town when the alternator went. Jeff helped us replace it in the parking lot to get us back on the road again!

The young man was very polite & helpful.

My engine light was on and my battery light came on so I got off the interstate and stopped in at advance auto parts. Spoke to Charlie and Michael explained to them the situation. Charlie went outside with me and checked my codes for me and told me what was going on. He then came out and tested my battery and alternator and he was correct my battery tested bad. We went inside and he explained the difference in battery and warranty. He installed my battery and sent me back on my way to Virginia. He was such a nice man and I'm thankful for Charlie this afternoon. Great customer service and would definitely recommend this location!

Was having battery issues so I stopped at the store in Chesnee. Michael was quick to greet me and help me out. I’m very car illiterate so he explained all the batteries to me in a way I could understand and then installed it for me. I also needed wiper blades. He helped me figure out which ones were the best and which ones I needed and he also installed those for me too! It was great to have someone so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly to assist me! The store looked very clean and everyone was so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be coming back for any future needs! Kudos to the Chesnee store!

HUGE thanks to Michael! He was such a lifesaver today! My battery died at the Ingles gas stations up the road, I got jumped off and went straight to Advanced. Michael helped me get a battery for my car and installed it for me. He was soooo helpful and understanding. It was his first day back at work from having surgery and HE STILL WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me out. I couldn't say enough good things about him. He is a GREAT employee and has great customer service!!!! Thank you Michael for everything!!!

This is a very friendly place to get auto parts. Michael Webber was extremely helpful. He went beyond customer service. He knew exactly what to help me with and was super friendly and quick. I highly recommend this place and a BIG SHOUT OUT TO MICHAEL WEBBER!! You are definitely my go to guy!!

Just finished leaving the store and had a great experience once again! Paul was able to pull up the windshield wiper sizes and type of headlight bulb I needed very quickly, and he even wrote them down for me. He also knew exactly where everything was in the store. I believe the lady who checked me out was Cassie and she was also very quick and friendly. Would definitely recommend this place.

The gentleman Michael really went above and beyond in helping me and my boyfriend find this one caliper bracket bolt... Just when we thought they didn't have one, he looked one more place and found it!!! Thank you so much from the bottom of our heart!!!.

The associates were so nice and patient. Went over and beyond to start and check my car. Told me the price and wasn't upset that I wanted to inquire about a cheaper price elsewhere. Highly recommend.

We were at the Spartenburg Sc Location number 05600 on 12/27/2021 at 10:15 am. We were on our way to NC from GA in order to move our belongings back to GA. Our van decided to eat the alternator. We were thankfully able to get off the highway and make it to Advance Auto. Jeffery B. was our cashier and helper. He was a God send for sure. He not only helped up to figure out if it was the battery or alternator but called a repair shop to see if they could work on us quickly. In the end we decided to change the battery and buy the alternator in order to change it in NC with help from some friends. Jeffery B was very helpful and very courteous. He went above and beyond in order to make sure we would be safe and taken care of. Definitely need more people like him to help. If I could give him 100 stars I would.

They were very fast and friendly! They guy that helped me even told me how to install my headlight bc he saw me COLD WITH THREE KIDS N MY VAN AT 730PM this week during this freezing weather... I was trying to figure it out on u tube :/ they r always the right price too. I usually use Gaffney by Walmart but this was a wonderful experience and I'd use them again!!

This is a wonderful store they have a huge wide array of detailing products compared to other stores in the area wonderful excellent customer service definitely recommend this auto parts store.

Great customer service! When I needed a tool to fix my car that they did not have in their toolbox in the store they took it off the shelf and let me use it in the parking lot. I'm very grateful for that! Many thanks

They have been short staffed and super busy. But they just about always have what you need or can get it quickly. And they are super helpful. All with a smile.

My wife needed to stop in from out of town due to her car not starting correctly. Jeff was a big help in testing her battery and getting her car back on the road!

I was headed home to Georgia and my oil was about half a quart too low, so I stopped here and Phillip was really nice and helpful with picking out a good one for my Jeep! Thanks Phillip!
