If it wasn't for the hard work of Mr. McChesney and his staff, I wouldn't have gotten my disability. For me, it wasn't an easy road but he was willing to continue to fight for me and it paid off. I had a disabling condition but had been denied repeatedly even at my hearing. Mr. McChesney took my case and started gathering the proper documents necessary to get my case approved. When he presented everything before the judge that he had gathered in my case, she approved my disability and i received back pay for the years i had been denied. Trying to get ssdi is complicated. The professionals in this firm are experts in the field.

I highly recommend this law firm. Mr. Mcchesney represented me during my social security hearing. His entire team is professional and courteous. They kept me abreast of the process every step of the way. I retained Mr. Mcchesney in January 2016 after being denied my benefits and he submitted my appeal which was denied in May. In June his team requested an administrative hearing which was held on September 1st. On September 21st, I was awarded Social Security with an effective date of July 28, 2014, the day after I resigned from my last job due to medical issues. I received top notch service.
