This depends on what employees are there. I had one experience where the lady didn't know her information on what I was buying and then another experience where they were great and informative all in all I love this place and the animals and options they have.

Just got my gsd back from her first grooming. Trinity did a great job! Very pleased with how my girl looks.

Got my other dog groomed and Taylor also did wonderful!

Came into to grab some dog food and check on what small pets were available. Kira, helped us and my son was able to pet a chinchilla. I appreciated that she took her time to show us what was available and the programs that would apply to us.

Audrey in the grooming department grooms all three of my sweet babies! Excellent customer service and I am very appreciative of her flexibility in scheduling.

My granddaughters love their Betas thank you Petco for always having such a large verity of Types of Them and live plants for our needs and wants !

Box stores don’t always have their shelves full anymore. But petco came through. Online prices match only if you show them at the register. Love this store!

I purchased a canister filter. When I got home, I found that the motor didn't work properly. Petco was fantastic in that they refunded every penny, no questions asked!

Just wanted to call out a very awesome employee! Courtney has been so good to us! She is very knowledgeable when it comes to anything about fish!!! She has kindly helped us so much with our saltwater tank. She is always got the answers to our questions! You can tell she loves her job! Very kind!!!

Petco on the East Main Street in Spartanburg is a great store. I have taken 3 6 week classes in dog obedience training. Cat is the trainer and she is extremely knowledgeable about all things "dog" and her enthusiasm for what she does kept me going. Not to mention the great outcome with my dog. Petco employees , in general, are helpful and pleasant. I am now having my dog groomed at Petco and buying my dog food there. Groomers are pretty good and the price is very reasonable. It's just a great spot.

We love this place! It's the number 1 place to take your pet! Kayla is the world's best groomer and loves and adores my little beast. She always takes special care and goes out of her way to make sure Diablito is in tip top shape. She's definitely worth every penny and a lot more. Koryn is the best trainer here. She has literally done research in her time off to make sure he's the PERFECTLY trained dog and passes his AKC CGC with no problems, with her excellent training and countless phone calls for help my puppy passed his AKC puppy Star with no problems and flying colors, called to check on him we got a spray collar to control his barking and she's always in a great mood. Marina is a great trainer who is amazing at what she does. She conducted Diablo's puppy S.T.A.R test (and Diablin passed)!!! You couldn't have asked for a better AKC tester and dog trainer than the dynamic duo of Koryn and Marina!!!

The store is clean and the staff are friendly. They will tell you all the information’s you want to know. Me and my daughter enjoy our time in this store. We ended up buying a fish just for the starter.

I came to Petco 10 minutes before closing time so I didn't really get to shop around like I wanted to. But from what I saw, it was a great looking store with a lot of variety. Also noticed the cleanliness, the store was top-notch as far as cleanliness goes and it was stocked very well. I can't wait to return when it's not closing time so I can actually really really shop.
