This place has always taken very good care of my vehicles. The staff is always very attentive to detail and treats my car as if it were their own. Always greeted at the paystation and assitance offered. Automated exterior wash does great, but if it ever misses anything, the detail employees get it taken care of. Interior detail services are always on point. Best place in Apex for full service or self service car care!

I came in for a deep interior clean, due to having toddlers. And this team went above & beyond! I believe I left with more than I paid for, honestly. So thankful for their kindness and caring.

I've been using this place for years and it is great. The guys are always friendly. The automatic wash does a great job. It's not perfect, because nothing short of hand washing will be perfect, but your car will look good and it doesn't take a long time. The unlimited with the standard vacuum is a great plan. They are not going to deep clean the inside, but they get it cleaned up and you can't beat the value. You can vacuum and dry the car yourself if you're into that. There is a brand new location across the street. I went there once for comparison and didn't feel they were as friendly and the exterior clean didn't feel as fresh. Last, but most important, if you get any level of detail, tip those guys. Tips aren't optional and they deserve it!

I had a fantastic experience with these guys, they did way more than I expected. I had a gift card, so drive down from Durham to the Apex location, and only went because I had a hard time seeing at night due to my windows fogging up & my own attempts to clean them were unsuccessful. I dropped it off & went to get lunch with my family nearby and told them I really just cared about the windows; I have a dog with short thick hair and honestly I just accepted her hair has interlaced with the carpet and is now a permanent part of the car after several of my own attempts to remove it with a shop vac.

Two hours later I return and was absolutely blown away, the inside was amazing and basically hair-free. I have no idea how they did that and I seriously underpaid them for the service I got; I gave them all the cash I had as a tip. My wife is going to be going there soon with her car & will be bringing much more as a thank you from me. I'll definitely make the drive down to them next time & have way more cash on hand when I go.

And yes, the windows were great too.

I have been going here for the basic wash for awhile, today I finally did detailing. My dog rides with me everywhere so it was in bad shape. Gomez is the new manager there and he did a great job! Above and beyond really, I couldn't have asked for better service. Will be going back for more full service soon, thanks Gomez!

Well priced and great service. We had some bird droppings and/or tree sap covering the hood of the car. Gentlemen working offer to run us through a second time if it was still residue. Second time was a charm!

I was blown away by the detail job these guys and gals did on my car. I have paid 3x the price I paid them to other detailers and have never seen my car as clean as they got it. The car wash and wax could have been better but I was so pleased with the detail I will definitely be back. Thanks again!

I've been coming hear for a couple years, and they consistently provide top-notch customer service. No matter which employee is detailing my car, they treat my Juke like it's their own.

They have also just upgraded all of their vacuums, and added more spots, air hoses, new microfiber cloths, and even expanded their hours.

Recently took my Jeep Wrangler there that needed some major cleaning after a Jeep event. Service was great - guys worked hard to clean inside and outside. I have 2.5" lift with 35" tires + Rhino Roof rack and it fit perfectly. Max clearance is 8ft for the car wash.

This is my go to car wash on my lunch break, and I love how clean my car is just for $5.00 and extra $3 for tire shine. And other deals available for other services. And free self service vacuum stations. You can also set up monthly plans with great rates.

This is a great place to get your car/vehicle washed! Helpful and very friendly staff, free use of towels, vacuums, glass cleaner, and air hose to make your car stand-out. On one of their very reasonably priced monthly options, I am there at least 5-6 times a week at no extra charge. Stop in at the Apex location, as for TJ, and tell them George sent you. You won't be disappointed!

Best car wash deal in town. Recent upgrades such as the thin nozzle vacuum on the stations and the automatic car carpet-mat cleaning machine greatly improves the cleaning post car wash. Being only $5, I don't know why you'd go anywhere else in town for a quick wash.

I bought a couple of Groupons to get my car and my wife's car cleaned. My wife took her car there first. After cleaning, the car wouldn't start. This was not their fault, as it had not started the previous day due to corrosion on the battery terminals. I thought I had cleaned them well enough, but apparently not. They offered a service to clean the engine for $25, which includes cleaning the battery terminals. We gave them the green light to clean the engine. The terminals are now free of corrosion. The engine looks like a new engine! (I later had two car repair technicians remark while getting an oil change) on how great the engine looked and that I must really take good care of my car. hahaha.) They jumped the battery. There was an issue where a rag got caught in the serpentine belt. The belt broke. Mind you, this was a nine year old belt. They immediately got the car repair shop from across the road to come over and replace the belt. This cost $120, which THEY paid for. They also refunded the $25 for the engine cleaning. My wife said that they spent over half an hour cleaning the car - inside and out. It looks great! They were very upfront and courteous the entire time. They really seemed focused on customer service. I was impressed with how they handled this situation, as it can be tricky to keep the customer happy and wanting to come back. Well, mission accomplished. We'll be back. And I'm going to get them to clean the engine of my 14 year old car.

I've gone with a friend several times and since their new staff manager, I've noticed excellent service and professional atmosphere. Feeling convinced to become a member once I get my car back. The entire staff starting with the Manager Alex are all very professional and super friendly. Wonderful experience.

I’ve never had anything less than a stellar experience every time I come here! It’s been almost a year now and I get the $39 detail package, resulting in my car looking GREAT inside and out. Haven’t gone anywhere else to get my car washed and detailed since!

Carolina Auto Spa has fast, easy service and knowledgeable, friendly staff. They are reasonably priced and offer a wide range of services to keep your car looking like new from the inside out. I will never use another car wash again. Highly recommended!

The staff were professional and thorough. I even saw them clean the underside of the trunk, which I would not have thought of if I were doing it myself. Their hustle was admirable, even as the heat of the day set in. Will most definitely return!

The best choice if you need a fast carwash or if you want a detail cleaning. Often I used the vacuum after wash and make some details with the spray and rags (available in the vacuums area) When I have time. My kids loved the lights inside of the carwash machine.

I received a car wash and detail from Carolina Express Car Wash and everyone did a phenomenal job on my truck. I highly recommend you go see Tj and his crew. I have been to several car washes but Carolina Express Car Wash in Apex is without a doubt the best one I've been to. I'm not going anywhere else.

The service was great. I had a problem with payment and the boss came right over to help me to get it figured out and on my way thou the wash. I got the inside done, it was clean when I got back inside the car. Thank you all at the wash.
