Jeremiah is very accessible to communiate and plan with. He is very professional and kind. His team of installers were smiley and fun and efficient with our job which took about 5 hours, with a lunch break. (3 bedrooms and long hallway) We highly recommend Designer Floor Fashions! Very competitive price, and willing to be paid AFTER we were completely satisfied, not before OR halfway through!

Jeremiah and the crew did an excellent job installing beautiful new carpet in three rooms. They were careful with my furniture, the carpet is wonderful quality and it only took a day. I would recommend Designer Floor Fashions to my friends and family.

Designer Floor Fashions installed hardwoods, carpet and tile (kitchen backsplashes as well as bathroom tile) for >20 new construction single-family residential homes built while I was a part of daily operations for Mangrum Building from 2019 - 2021. The Company values satisfied customers, high-quality work and attention to detail. Although I am no longer involved in new construction, I recommend Designer to all friends and coworkers who are considering a home renovation (floors or bathroom) and have only heard positive feedback from those who used them. They have a great selection, easily accessible showroom in Apex and a hardworking owner as well as install crews.

Designer Floor Fashions is a great place for all kinds of flooring including hardwood floors, carpets, engineered wood and luxury vinyl (LVP). Jeremiah makes the process easy and the prices are excellent!

Replaced carpet for us and performed a buff and coat on the hardwood floors in our kitchen areas. Very professional and respectful team - did a wonderful job, gave us a very competitive price and we are so very pleased! Had them sand and refinish my existing hardwood floors. Quality work at a reasonable price and completed within time period quoted. Couldn't ask for more than that.

The work they completed was good. However, details were dropped and they were poor communicators. Calls went un-returned for weeks and were only responded to when we contacted the owner. Even then, appointments, that we took time off of work to stay home for, were missed and we still have outstanding issues (e.g. a corner of the bathroom was filled with grout instead of tiled and they filled a large section around the base of the toilet with caulking instead of taking time to cut the appropriate piece of tile).

They made a mess of my floors. If you mess up in the middle of the living room, you have messed up the entire floor throughout.

This was a first for them as far as I know. They stained and let dry for 24hrs. Then put white plant on top and rubbed that off. Making a nice gray. The problem was, they did something in the process that left a big black spot in the middle of the living room.

Then comes trying to fix it. They couldn't remember what stain they used. They tried to fix it w in an hour rather than following the same steps they did at first. They sanded that spot 5x and how is sunk in.

There are many spots that are not what I call done by a professional.

Wish I could post pics of this mess. Everyone that comes in says...wow the blanked up bad, ruined the entire thing. They sure did but sadly I still paid a good chunk of money for this mess.

They tried fixing this 5x without luck. Yeah I saved a whole 1k but that was not enough as far as I see it.

Think it took about 2 months....until I had to call it.
