Lake Pine Animal Hospital

We recently had to put down our 19 year old terrier Peter. The vet and staff at Lake Pine helped us through this difficult time with great compassion and professionalism. As he did in life, I know he's now running around some heavenly beach chasing dogs much bigger than him :)

I have absolutely loved working with Lake Pine Animal Hospital! I recently adopted a 6 year old cat and went in for a checkup, annual shots, as well as a Jr. Early Detection Screening. They took so much care from setting up the appointment on the phone to helping inform me and ensuring that she is 100% healthy and happy. They were wonderful in making me and Lilac feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment from the Doctor to the office staff and nurses we felt happy and comfortable the whole time! This is not like any other vet, Lilac was happy getting treats and pets through the entire appointment and didn’t even flinch her for her shots. They get back to me so quickly over email/phone and I received her results super quickly. I cannot wait to work them as my life long vet and bring all my pets here. I highly recommend Lake Pine Animal Hospital!! Best Vet in the Cary/Apex area 100%

I was referred to Lake Pine Animal Hospital when my dog and I moved to the area last summer. They have not disappointed. The staff is so kind and considerate. Their care for my little furry guy is truly personal. He is an anxious doggy (shelter rescue) and the way they work with him to keep him calm warms my heart. They are also thorough with all his shots and records. Great group and highly recommended.

One year later, I am still beyond pleased with the staff at Lake Pine. They treat my little guy with gentle kindness. He is more calm with them now and, while going to the vet will not be his first choice, Rascal is no longer terrified of them. Progress! I also appreciate their follow-up notes. Test results are communicated promptly to remove concerns I may have. So considerate of them.

Lake Pine has been our go-to vet for my dog, Bentley, since he was just 2 months old. Bentley had pretty bad anxiety about about going to the vet, but everyone we interacted with at the office (front desk, vets and vet techs) always went above and beyond to be kind and helpful! Bentley recently was diagnosed with cancer and we lost him a few weeks ago, but Lake Pine has been incredible through everything. They gave us resources to help us understand our options after his diagnosis, and when we lost him, their team sent us a handwritten card with condolences. I cannot say enough good things about this amazing group, thank you so much for everything <3

I cannot express the depth of gratitude I feel for the incredible care and compassion Dr. Ross and all the staff showed to our family during such a difficult time. The empathy and understanding they provided made saying goodbye a little more bearable. The comfortable room and the opportunity to say our final goodbyes meant the world to me. My heart aches from losing Harlee, but the kindness made this painful experience a bit more manageable. Thank you for being there for us in our time of need.

We have been going to Lake Pine for about four years now. We could not be happier with the care and love they provide. Dr. Williams and all of the staff are so attentive and loving. Highly recommend Lake Pine for your furry family member. We love them!

We have been coming to Lake Pine for over 6 years as we’ve gradually added new furry family members. We brought in our newest puppy today and again Dr Katz and Kaitlin went above and beyond. Our pup was a bit of a mess and I cannot explain how kind and understanding they were and coming up with a plan to get his health on track. We are so thankful for the knowledgeable staff at Lake Pine and know we are always in good and caring hands.

Just moved to the area from out of state and had a coworker recommend lake pine animal hospital. They got us in for a meet & greet visit super fast, and it was an amazing experience. The girls at the desk were so sweet and welcoming. The vet listened to all my questions and was very informative. My dog loved the vet and vet tech who gave her lots of love and treats. They checked us out in the room which I loved and I look forward to seeing them again soon!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and looked well kept. Veterinarians and assistants were very knowledgeable, informative, friendly and caring. They took the time to listen and to give their advice and thoughts. This place is very pet friendly and caring! I am very happy with my decision to change to Lake Pine Animal Hospital.

Since we moved here five years ago, my pet has been seen at Lake Pine Animal Hospital. The staff, technicians, and doctors have all been wonderful to interact with. Most recently my pet became ill and I was forced with the hard and painful decision of having to let her go. Dr. Araba was so caring for both my pet and me. She truly respected our wishes and supported us through this time, and I wanted to let her and the staff know how very much they have been appreciated throughout the years. You would be hard-pressed to find a more caring and compassionate animal hospital.

I bring my cat Sammy here and she always gets the very best of care. All of the doctors are amazing and they take time to explain everything thoroughly. They never make you feel you’re being rushed. The technicians are top notch and so very sweet. I’m so happy to have such a wonderful pet hospital so close. Thanks to the staff for taking such great care of Sammy!

Having to euthanize an animal is never a pleasant experience, but I really appreciated the kindness and compassion showed by every single person that I interacted with at Lake Pine the other day. I had a foster kitten that was quite lethargic and obviously suffering. The young woman I spoke to on the phone was incredibly kind and amazing. When I got there with him she immediately took him back and then put me in a room so that I wouldn’t need to sit in the waiting room when I was obviously upset. The vet tech and the vet were also extremely kind and caring. As a foster, people sometimes assume that you feel differently about the animals than their owners would, but there wasn’t a single person there who treated it that way. I can’t praise this team enough for making such an awful experience so much more bearable.

My dog had an eye ulcer and they were able to fit me in the same day. I called several different places, they either didn’t take new patients or didn’t have any availability. I’m so grateful for them!

I can't say enough good things about the staff and doctors at Lake Pine Animal Hospital. We added a new puppy to our family and chose Lake Pine based off other recommendations and that was the best decision ever! Dr. Ross, the technicians and front desk associates are all quick to respond and make sure that our puppy is taken care of, they even call to check on her after she's had shots or sick visits. I highly recommend Lake Pine Animal Hospital.

We have been going to lake pine animal hospital for over 10 years. I have complete trust in their Drs especially dr Katz and dr Arabba who have taken care of all of my dogs. They are thorough and compassionate. They also always check back in to see how the pet is doing. The staff is excellent as well Highly recommend!

We have been taking our 2 frenchie puppies to Lake Pine since we got them in July. Everyone has been really helpful in answering all our questions, and taken such good care of our babies. Yesterday, we had a emergency visit for one of our pups and they were able to see us even though they were fully booked. Dr Williams and Harry were so incredibly helpful in staying after hours to help find a surgeon who could see our boy, Benito, that night. Both Harry and Dr Williams called the next day to see how Benito was doing and to get an update. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure your fur babies will get the care they need. We can’t thank everyone enough for helping us out yesterday. ❤

Im happy we chose Lake Pine Animal Hospital to bring our two dogs for a check up. Professional, friendly, and didnt have to wait long. Weve made a second appointment to have their teeth cleaned.

Switched over from another Vet, and I couldn't be happier. They did a Detailed study on my cat to determine the correct diagnosis and treatment.

Lake Pine is amazing! I’ve been going there for almost two years and bring my three dogs and cat there. They have great staff and Dr. Katz takes such good care of my animals. The technician Sam was so helpful at my last visit and my dog Angus was in love with him. I definitely recommend Lake Pine!

Also, the clinic cat Clementine is the cutest!
