Economy Exterminators

We had a scheduling issue this morning with our service. Delmar was our technician and he was super accommodating! He reviewed his remaining appointments for the day, contacted the office and switched us to a same day time slot. Excellent customer service! Always prompt and on time as well! We just started with Economy Exterminators and they have been awesome!

Delmar provided excellent service. He helped me understand the process and made me feel comfortable and confident that I chose the right company to work with. Looking forward to a continued great relationship with your company.

I highly recommend Economy Exterminators in Apex! Before contracting with them, I did a comprehensive study of companies in the area. Economy came out ahead both for expertise and customer service. They give sound advice. We trust them. They are genuinely honest and nice people. Most importantly, they get the job done!

Have been using Economy for 30+ years and they have not disappointed during this time period. Their technicians are professional, thorough and knowledgeable of the products they are using and do a good job. Any issues that may be identified between inspections brings them back quickly to investigate, take action and resolve the problem/issue.

Cheryl texted before coming which was good as I would have left home before she got to the house. She did a thorough job sweeping cobwebs, checking bait stations, and treating the crawl spaces and garage. She made an appointment to come back next week to replace some of the bait stations with larger stations that will hold more bait.

Economy Exterminators have been great for monthly service! They’re happy to work with us when it comes to working from home / dogs / toddler and are very understanding and accommodating. They’re also happy to do additional treatments, such as the interior and attic, whenever we request. Chris our technician is so kind and fun with our toddler, who is super curious and wants to “help” every step of the way - which made our son’s day!

Carlos from Economy Exterminators is friendly, understanding, and thorough. We had a scary situation and he reassured us that he would take care of it. He did! Great customer service and very communicative!

Rian and Mr J did an astounding job! They took care of our issues with speedy service and professionalism. They exhibited amazing knowledge of their trade.

We called Economy Exterminators due to a millepede issue in our house. The representative on the phone was super nice and they got us scheduled for a consult the next day. After we received our estimate they were able to come provide service the same week! The exterminator who serviced our house was super friendly and professional. He was very conscious of the fact that we had cats and made sure not to spray around any beds or toys. We will definitely be utilizing this service on a quarterly basis!

Ryan is the best! Takes the time to make sure our workspace is treated properly. I haven't had any issues with pests or any creepy crawlies!

Their service has been excellent ever since we began using them for our community last year. Both Travis and Rian have great knowledge and help answer any of our questions!

Carlos came today to do an application for my unwanted houseguests (silverfish). I showed him areas that seem to be trouble and he addressed those and more. Very thorough, very pleasant - super nice, and meticulous. I used to have a huge problem now the regular maintenance visits keep those bugs in check. Thanks to Carlos and Economy Exterminators!

Had a great experience with Chris from Economy. He's been there 20 years and told me about how awesome the company is. He was super knowledgeable, friendly, and stayed extra late on a Friday. He was GREAT!

Their free inspection was informative and our technician who came out, Ryan, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly while providing excellent work and advice for homeownership and maintenance in regards to pest control.
