Express Oil Change & Service Center

I started coming to this shop when I moved to North Carolina last year and the employees are very well mannered. The manager Luis is on top of things. I came in for a check engine light and brake check last week and I have to say the mechanic Alex was very informative and punctual. Great experience! Highly recommend!

Took my 4-Runner in for an oil change and was extremely pleased with the customer service experience from Sam and George! They both were professional and knowledgeable with good sense of humors. Keep up the good work fella's!

I had a wonderful experience with Christina when it came to getting my oil changed. She was friendly and answered any questions I had concerning my oil and filters. She went the extra mile by checking to too why my engine light was on. I will be returning to have my car serviced in the future!!! Thanks for the amazing customer service.

Not anything they did, but I always check the oil, and for leaks, as soon as I get home. It's my paranoia

Great experience! Just moved to NC and don’t have a shop yet so I decided to try this one out! A bit of a wait to get service without an appointment and the actual job but my Audi is a higher maintenance car so I appreciate the care taken with it. Overall Very pleased with the customer service and the price was better than through Audi. I will be using them often!

Punctual and great service. Javi was very professional and knowledgeable. I Will continue to get my vehicles serviced here as long as Javi is there and management doesn't change.

Every person I interacted with was so friendly and helpful. I had no idea what was going on with my car. They told me what it was fixed it and I was out of there in less then 10 minutes.

these guys did a phenomenal job! sat afternoon we pulled into the car wash 3 doors down ..the attendant alerted us to a 'slack'' tire..turned out it was totally flat! we had NO SPARE tire...(thought we had one)drove the flat down there...4 or 5 guys scrambled to get us a tire to make it home on! did a great job! I had to give each one a little something for doin such a great! job!

I had great service today at Express Oil Change. They were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They took the time to check and refill the other fluids in my car also. I will return to have all if my cars serviced there.

I’ve been coming for about 8 years. Always been fair price but service always makes it better. Glad to see an old manager back getting the shop back to into tip top shape. This new crew seems to be great and are very polite!
