Amazing shop, and incredible selection! I felt so comfortable and damn sexy! This is the first time I've been able to shop at a store that has stocked my size in over 6 years! I forgot how wonderful an in-store shopping experience can be. They have an incredible selection and helped me pick pieces that work under professional clothes and have a little kick too. You will be paying for quality, but they are absolutely worth it!!

After having a wonderful experience purchasing my own bras after a personal fitting, I brought my daughters for fittings this past Saturday and could not be happier with the attention and service we received. My oldest daughter is autistic and has special sensory needs and the perky lady staff made her feel comfortable and at ease. She has never had bras that fit her so well. Thank you Perky Lady!!!

I love this shop! I booked a custom fitting and the fitter, Elaine, was extremely knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I was amazed at how almost every item she brought me to try on fit perfectly and she didn't even take measurements - impressive! I've already purchased six bras and I'm extremely happy with all of them. I threw out all of my old VS bras after my purchase at Perky Lady because I wore one VS bra for half a day and it made me ribs sore because it was too big and poor quality. I'm so glad I found a shop with high quality, beautiful undergarments - no more boring or ill fitting bras for me! I highly recommend checking out this shop. You can walk in and get a free expert fitting too!

This is by far the best place to get a bra in the Raleigh area! I’ve been to 2 other stores in the area and have been fit wrong at both places. The bra fitters at The Perky Lady got my size right and I love the bras I bought! They are also the only store in the area to carry polish bras which are superior to all other bras!

I cannot say enough -AMAZING- things about this store's staff, products and overall customer experience. I paid for the fitting and, honestly, it was far & away the best money I've spent in near recent memory! Their merchandise is stunning (there are so many colors - even for us big-busted girlies!) and the staff knows their stuff. They were able to articulate what made each brand different from one another & walked me through each bra hand-selected for me. It goes without saying that I will be a returning customer, as I cannot go back to the old way of shopping for lingerie after this experience. A deep thank you to the Perky Lady team for making bra shopping (finally) enjoyable!!

Once again, a fabulous experience. Ladies, if you haven't been there, I suggest you go. They will fit you with the correct size underthings and you will never look back. I wish they had one or more of these in every state. It is well worth the hour drive for me.

This is a true "treat yo self" place. The staff is professional, knowledgable, and listened to what I wanted. They make sure you get the right style and fit for your body and make you feel comfortable. I will never shop for bras again at a department store!

Best bra shopping experience ever!
I have a hard to find size (small band/larger cup size); after realizing last minute that I needed a strapless bra for a vacation outfit, I was panicking since I never find my size in stores.
I first had a negative experience at another specialty shop and was apprehensive going into the Perky Lady after finding them on Google.
But oh my goodness was it the best experience!
Laura did my fitting. She was so kind and knowledgable. I walked out with 2 bras yesterday and came back for more today! They are the best fit I’ve ever had for my size and shape.
All of the ladies there are so supportive, kind, and body positive. This is where I’ll be getting all of my bras now!

I had a great fitting appointment with Laura. I had lots of options and she educated me on bra care. Great shop, everyone should have a professional fitting.

I had a wonderful experience at The Perky Lady! Alicia was my stylist and she was so friendly, encouraging and supportive.

She made me feel completely comfortable and powerful in my body. She also educated me on how lingerie should fit properly, and how to tell when it is or is not working.

I never thought I could have fun shopping for lingerie, but I had a blast and came away with some great, fun, sexy pieces and a whole lot of confidence!

I would recommend anyone looking for a VIP experience to come here!

I LOVED coming here. Being from CA, boutiques are usually full of judgment, but not The Perky Lady. Laura, the stylist I worked with, was absolutely amazing and so helpful. She really made me feel beautiful and reminded me how important it is to feel comfortable and beautiful in the items. I don't think I've ever been more comfortable in a lingerie store in my life as I was here. By the end of my appointment, I had 5 items that were comfortable, and I felt I wore, not them wearing me. Plus, a wish list for my husband to come pick items from! I can't wait to make my next appointment.

I've had to go shopping for new work clothes recently and I've kept all of Laura's kind reminders in the back of my head the entire time.

P.S. go for the vip appointment. The local bakery treat I received was a cheesecake and it was fantastic!

Had a wonderful experience at The Perky Lady getting fitted for some much needed new bras. As a recent breast cancer survivor, I struggled finding a place that could fit me correctly and provide me with the time and attention I needed to find flattering pieces. Laura was amazing, kind, patient and funny. She got me and I went home with the prettiest bras I have ever owned (plus a few on my wish list – yes, that is a thing here!). So glad to have this place close to home. I will never buy a bra from anywhere else ever again. Great location, environment, selection, prices and people!

ABSOLUTELY an amazing experience!!! I’ve never had this kind of professionalism and fun in one place. I was greeted as soon as I walked in & she made me feel so comfortable. Brought me several options, gave me her honest opinion and was so incredibly sweet and genuine.. it’s hard to get a good waitress these days, so I’m sure you can imagine. I highly recommend her shop, the experience and their inventory. I will definitely be back!! ❤ Very classy place

Came in with a "NOPE" bra, to show the problems I have had in the past with other overly commercialized stores. She took one look, and instantly identified not only the problems, but how to solve them. She brought me multiple options, and helped me find 3 bras that fit my body to a T. Also walked out with 2 pairs of underwear to match the bras, a beautiful comfy kimono-esk robe, and a luxurious nightgown and matching 'robe' (although not really a robe? fitted top section, long sleeves, with a long flowing back section - very victorian or golden age of movies, in style). She even kept the store open after hours for a Saturday, to help me get everything I could think of. I will have to get pics and add them in afterwards.
THIS is now the ONLY place I will even THINK of going, for new undergarments! <3

Update: This is also a spot to donate your used bras. Used bras are repaired, cleaned, and then given out to women in need.

Absolutely top notch, I will definitely be back! They worked me in quickly for a walk-in fitting, helped me understand the "how" and "why" of bra fittings and I left extremely happy with two bras expertly fitted and well within my budget. They're wonderful at explaining the break-in process and maintenance for extending the life of bra.
The store feels so luxe and glamorous too, so much better than a dinky department store dressing room!

I could not speak more positively about Laura and the selection at The Perky Lady. I have experienced plenty of bra fittings due to having a smaller frame and a larger bust size for the majority of my life. Laura was amazing throughout the process. She was incredibly professional, requesting consent and announcing her presence along the way - she immediately put me at ease.

Despite having received numerous 'professional' fittings over the years, the fitting and bras I purchased from The Perky Lady were above and beyond. Through a simple fitting, I've gone from considering a reduction to thinking that perhaps the right bra can truly make all the difference - and for my people out there in a similar situation, you know how empowering that can be ;-)

I visited The Perky Lady today for the first time. I was quite hesitant as I’ve never had a bra fitting and am generally very reserved. Laura put me at ease and was able to help me relax so that I actually enjoyed my visit! She was wonderful at fitting me and brought me many beautiful bras to try…my biggest problem was I loved them all! I truly appreciated that she did not rush me, did not make me feel judged and was not at all pushy. I purchased several bras and have some pretty ones for the first time ever!! I highly recommend The Perky Lady and I will be back!

Visited The Perky Lady for the first time yesterday. The shop is adorable and their staff is very knowledgeable. I bought three bras, a pair of underwear, and their detergent. These are now the only bras I own that fit perfectly on me. It’s a little pricey, but don’t be discouraged because it’s definitely worth it.
