I have been going to Jay Andrews for a little over a year now. My hair was not in the best shape when I arrived at the salon and Erica has totally transformed my hair. I would highly recommend seeing her.. she’s amazing and very knowledgeable for your hair needs. The salon is very professional and friendly as well. I highly recommend Jay Andrews!

Maria did an amazing job on my hair! She was so sweet and was really easy to talk to! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to get their hair done. I've gotten mine done a couple of times, but she still explained everything she was doing and why she was doing it that way. Definitely made me feel comfortable.

The environment of the salon was also very peaceful. There was an adorable puppy walking around and you could tell the staff genuinely enjoyed their job and interacting with their clients. Not a ton of people in the space as well so you definitely feel like a priority.

Erica is the sweetest most amazing hair stylist. She is so welcoming, does an awesome job, asks questions gets to know your style and every experience with her is so calming..bonus, she is so fun to chat with too! Highly recommend her!

Maria nails the highlights for me every time. She is a highlight magician! Recently my redhead daughter decided to get some blonde highlights. I was skeptical of how it would look ….. I give it a 10+/10! It is beautiful.

I love coming here, all of the staff are very kind. Courtney and Victoria are my girls, they always give me the best cuts! If you’re looking for a great haircut I recommend either of them, they are excellent. I plan to keep coming here as long as I’m living in Raleigh!

Maria just cut my daughter's bangs to rescue her from a self-inflicted hair incident. She was really kind and sensitive--and didn't even charge us for the cut. We will definitely be back.

Erica is my regular stylist and she's wonderful too. She listens and makes helpful suggestions when I'm not sure what I want. She's easy to talk to but is also chill when I feel like being quiet.

I cannot imagine trusting anyone else with something as personal as caring for my hair! Connie, the owner, has been my stylist for nearly 20 years and I appreciate her kindness and expertise. She was sweet enough to style my hair for my recent wedding and I felt so beautiful! Count me as a lifelong client!

I cannot say enough good things about this salon!! My husband and I have been going to JA since they opened over a decade ago. I’ve tried so many salons prior and never found the “one” until I met the owner, Connie at JA and immediately became a client after my first appointment. Recently our teenage children have also become clients. Connie and Maria clearly know magic because I always walk out with two really happy, smiling teens. And that is QUITE an accomplishment!!! The staff is always very accommodating and I love that I can sit in the processing room with my laptop and work at the same time. JA is the best around hands down :)

Connie, the owner, has been my stylist for 15 years and I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else! All of the stylists at the salon are amazing and I love the atmosphere! Definitely the best salon in Apex! ❤

I love that the location is now in Apex and closer to home. All the staff are friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing after a long day at work. Maria has been doing my hair for almost a year now and I couldn't be more satisfied. Highlights and cuts have been on point every time.

Over several years I went from long boring brown hair to a short pixie with fun color. Sadly my old stylist's schedule was very inconsistent. I was terrified to let anyone take over what took us so long to perfect, but Kelly was able to give me the same quality. The owner Connie even stepped in to help make sure we got the color and toner perfect (better than before actually). I've stuck with Jay Andrews over a year since. Great service and stylists!

Been to almost everyone in this salon….. yes, people can have off days but overall it’s always an amazing and fun experience… i personally would never write a bad review and try and hurt a business over a good cut and great desk service… maybe Kelly ran out of gas and had to walk to work that day…. But she showed up …. She’s cut my hair many times and always pleasant:)))…. I’d give 12 stars if I could.

After being disappointed at another local salon, I searched for "my" stylist at several salons in the area. I finally decided on Jay Andrews based on reviews the talented stylist, Jennifer, received. She was honest at our consultation about the color and explained it is always a process but she could get me there. The next day she colored my hair and it looks great! I am very particular about my hair and she is a perfectionist so it was a great match! I immediately scheduled my next appointment and cannot wait to see those results. Jennifer is awesome and I recommend her to anyone looking for a fabulous new look!

When I first moved to Apex, I went to another salon and they did not color my hair correctly. I found Connie at Jay Andrews and not only did she work me in for an appointment, she made my hair look and feel incredible. That was 12 years ago and I can't imagine having anyone else cut and color my hair. She truly goes above and beyond!

I’ve been coming to Jay Andrews for 10 plus years, and my experience only gets better. Connie runs a top notch Salon, with top notch service. She goes out of her way to accommodate a customer and always makes sure you leave looking and feeling better than when you came in. I can’t say enough positive about her and the Salon, and highly recommend any of the services offered. And for anyone concerned about Covid, aggressive safety protocols were proactively implemented to ensure the health and safety of all guests. Connie gets it done!

Maria has been doing my hair for years and I can honestly say it is a delight to visit with her. Not only does my hair look amazing, she gives me the best head and scalp massage at the shampoo bowl. If there was a brain-squeezing contest, she would be the world champion!

Jay Andrews is an amazing salon! You always receive a personalized experience, and Connie (the owner) make sure that if something isn’t right it is corrected without question. I have been going there since the salon opened and I won’t go anywhere else. I have short hair and I am always complimented on my hair style. Best salon in the Triangle area!
