I have been going to this takeout restaurant for over ten years now and I could not say enough good things about it. I get to enjoy the delicious flavors of Chinese food right from my own home. From the moment I opened my shrimp lo mien and sesame chicken, I was impressed by the inviting aromas that wafted from each dish.
The menu offered an extensive selection of classic Chinese dishes, ranging from General Tso's chicken to vegetable lo mein. Each item I ordered was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. Fast and freat service!

My favorite place to get Chinese takeout! Service is always fast and friendly. I order ahead and my food is already ready by the time I arrive to pick it up. I usually order chicken and broccoli with fried rice.

This Chinese restaurant is always consistently good. The service is fast. They can make your food more spicy if you like it that way.

We've been ordering from this restaurant for at least 6 years now. Their food is always hot, tasty and freshly cooked. Definitely not reheated. Five stars for providing amazing dinners at a reasonable price!

My husband and I have been frequenting this Hong Kong No. 1 for quite some time now. The food is consistently good! The staff is wonderful and they do get the orders correct by phone (I have not tried ordering online). The facility is clean and inviting. I recommend Hong Kong No. 1 to anyone who enjoys good Chinese food!

Been coming for 4 years and I have loved it everytime. The staff knows me and has such quick service. I am working on trying everything but it's all been delicious. Highly recommend over others in Cary

We were hesitant to go here at first because the restaurant looks really casual. However, we finally went for the first time yesterday and we were back again already today. The service is very fast and efficient. They have very good measures in place to avoid COVID, which I appreciate. The food is amazing. We had kung pao chicken, moo goo gai pan, wontons and egg rolls. The kung pao is perfect and very similar to what they have in the South Bay Area in California. The moo go gai pan is very flavorful which is hard to come by - I have had way too many bland moo goo dishes but this place nailed it. The vegetables were crisp and fresh. The egg rolls and wontons were great too. The food was piping hot, the prices are low and the portions are generous. I will be back daily. This is my favorite new Chinese place. I am so glad this place is here - I have lived here for years and couldn’t find fast and good Chinese. I only wish I tried it sooner.

Easily the best Chinese takeout I’ve had in Cary. And it’s at the top of my NC experiences. Price is ok (other places are cheaper but after you eat accross the street you’ll wish you had spent another couple bucks and come here instead.)
They are pretty friendly. Not the fastest but not slow either. (Too fast means cutting corners) The best part about that is that it’s right next to a craft beer place. (Order your food, walk next next door for a short pour, then grab dinner and go)
Portions seem good. I can’t speak for lunch, but that’s often where all places will have smaller plates.
My only disappointment has been the steamed dumplings. They are a little bland, but I’m spoiled on those, and the rest of the menu is a win so far.

Best Chinese takeout I’ve found in this area. Food is always fresh and ready in 10 mins after ordering. I’ve never had any issues here and they’re open on Sundays unlike some other Chinese restaurants around.

This is everything I want in a takeout Chinese restaurant. The food is delicious and consistent, the prices are more than reasonable, and the staff went above-and-beyond to ensure the public's safety as well as their own during Covid, while still turning out the same great food.

The food is great. The prices are good & the staff is nice. This has become my favorite takeout Chinese food. Also this store clean.
