My wife and I were extremely impressed on how simple it was in selling our jeep to Martin Bell at Apex Imports. This time we weren't shopping, just selling and getting nowhere on our own trying to sell it on Craigs list. No where but the liquor store due to all the scams we were getting.
I really have never liked "ANY" experience I have had with dealerships, but Martin has broken the run of aggravation!!!!!!!

Recently took a day out to sell my Tesla Model 3.

1st stop CarMax, honorable mention as they were the worst of all and offered 15% less than other places, and took 30% percent longer to tell me the car has a cloth interior, despite that not being an option on the car. Test driving in valet model, they were were stupid, unable to appreciate the true magnificence of the vehicle.

Note their employees are not the brightest but try hard, I suspect they get rid of the smarter ones, they are trained like sheeples or robots, to read scripts, and they make out like the offer is really good, best ever, so buyer beware, they will fleece and literally rob you, while smacking there lips, and wrinkling their noses, knowing they may get to stuff their snouts into the feeding bowl, at the expense of the poor impoverished seller.

Then I went dealer-to-dealer collecting other offers. Most were decent, polite and friendly. They way it should be.

A car is worth what someone is prepared to pay that a seller will agree to. It doesn't matter what they eventually sell for, there is risk, so good luck to them, companies need to make "fair" profits, to survive to serve other customers and as a seller, you get benefit of a safe transaction without risk.

Martin at Apex imports topped the best offer of the day. He was easy to deal with, personable, took time to listen and allowed me to point out key vehicle features, having made me an offer, we agreed and shook hands. Off to charge car as it was virtually discharged and arrange for wife to meet me there. Upon return, Martin helped unloading, and efficiently got everything together including payoff quote, directly from bank, despite being late in day on a Saturday.

He explained my juicy equity check coming my way, would be about 2 weeks, bravo, this is key, if people don't explain processes then there's potential for customers to get upset, in maybe a week wondering where their cash is. Paperwork was about 30 minutes. Sales VP also straight shooting and direct which in my book is fine.

If you are selling a car and the difference between high and low offers is thousands, why not spend 30 minutes to see what Apex Import will offer? You owe it to yourself to explore the market. In person dealers, all offered more than online buyers with exception of CarMax and the only a little effort required to driving to see them, and if it doesnt pan out, you at least maximized your sale price.

2/29/2022 - Bought my 2017 Subaru Legacy a year ago from here and it has had zero problems since. I am very happy with the quality of car they sold me, and the price I was able to get it for at the time.

UPDATE 2/2/23 - After owning the car for two years and getting work at Apex Imports done through the warranty sold with the car I can honestly say they have gone above and beyond my expectations, specifically in the service department. I took my car in for a noise in the suspension about 2 years after I bought it, and they were able to diagnose and fix a pretty complex issue. Both Brett and Brian are great and I truly couldn’t be happier with the service I received after purchase. Both went above and beyond to make sure the issue was fixed and that it was covered under the warranty.

I was very impressed by speed of processing our sale. Our salesperson Harrison was very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs. He got answers to my questions quickly and gave us his undivided attention. Our vehicle was cleaned very well and my truck was beautiful. My family thanks Harrison, they love the new addition to our family.

Had an Audi S5 Cabriolet up on the typical sites for around two months and received a number of Private buyer offers, as well as two from local dealerships, none of which reached what I viewed to be the value of the vehicle. Martin Bell from Apex Imports reached out on a Monday morning at 10:00 and put a very fair offer on the table, which surpassed both the Retail and Private offers I had received.

Ask for sales person Terrance Richardson, he was super helpful and and knowledgeable. We was looking for a good used Honda at a good price it is hard to find that combination, Terrance help us find the right Honda car for the right price. We had a good experience from the time we walked in an talked to the helpful an super nice receptionist, car salesperson Terrance , and the finance guy talking us through all the finance.

I went in and met Brandon. He was absolutely wonderful, very knowledgeable, great level of service. I've never enjoyed buying a car as much.
