I had a terrific experience with Apex Car & Truck Sales, and in particular, with Michael! He is straightforward, honest, and a pleasure to work with. I was a bit nervous when I set out on my four-hour trip from Spartanburg to Apex, but Michael had instilled confidence after a few minutes with him on the phone, I liked like what I'd seen online, so I figured I'd at least see some pretty fall scenery if nothing else, and off I went. Well, I wasn't disappointed! The car is everything I'd hoped for AND MORE, and I couldn't be more thrilled with my purchase! The price was very fair and there is zero haggling over it because of this, and there are ZERO DEALER FEES! PLUS, I received a better warranty than I'd expected, YES, A WARRANTY. It was DEFINITELY worth the drive!

I first saw Apex cars and trucks on Facebook. They give you very clear details about their cars which come with a limited warranty. I contacted them from their website and saw they had multiple nice vehicles available. They are very friendly and patient and informative to work with. We drove two and a half hours to Apex to look at their cars. The whole lot was full of nice cars and trucks. All the cars were very clean and detailed beautifully. We bought a 2017 Toyota Camry. We test drove it and it felt like we were driving a brand new car. I have not had many good experiences with used car dealers. But I would highly recommend Apex cars and their salesman for their courtesies and their professionalism. We will definitely return again.

I had a great experience today. We got an excellent deal on a truck for our sales manager and there were no surprise fees like you find at other dealerships. Just sales tax and license plate fee. It's nice to deal with an honest, local company with a long history of servicing the community. I'll definitely be back the next time we have a need.

Best used car buying experience I've ever had! First, there were no junky cars on this lot. All their cars were in good shape and every car was priced appropriately for their age and mileage. The team was friendly and easy to talk with. No hard selling or hidden fees. All the paperwork went smoothly and painlessly. I will definitely come back here when looking for my next car.

This was our first experience with Apex Car and Truck. They were suggested to us by our mechanic because the mechanic had never found any concerns with their vehicles during inspection and they only purchase autos that are local/regional, so no issues with salt/snow/major flood damage. The process of purchase and testing the vehicle was uncomplicated and relaxed. They were never pushy and were very straightforward. They explained the history and owner of each vehicle, so I had a lot of background info for my decisions. I appreciated that the only fees charged were tax and title (no documentation or other fees) and that the sticker price was based off Kelly Blue Book. I would purchase from again without hesitation. As I was signing paperwork at my bank to provide the check, the manager came in and wondered where I was getting my car from and after I mentioned ACT, he was so complimentary of them as a good business that I just knew this was the right place to buy a vehicle. I would recommend.

To all you folks looking for reviews on Apex Car & Truck sales. I believe in giving credit were credit is due. My son was interested in buying a truck from these guys and wanted me to over see the deal for him. I contacted Apex and spoke with Michael about the vehicle. Since we live an hour away he accommodate me in every way he could with all the information I required. My son and I went to Apex this morning and Michael was not only great to work with but went out of his way to correct an issue that my son's bank made, that could have effected weather he drove his truck home he was there to purchase. These guys are very professional about doing business. They made the buying experience very enjoyable. When the time comes purchase another used vehicle for myself I will be looking here first. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ is not enough. This is a 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ review! Thank you Michael, you have made my son very happy. Very easy to deal with and they have really nice vehicles. I bought a Jeep and was in really good shape.

I felt comfortable enough after talking to Michael to fly 1200 miles to look at a vehicle.

Not only was the vehicle “as represented”, but the transaction was also. The price was “the price” without multiple added dealer/doc/prep fees.

For the first time in my life I left a dealers lot feeling like I had been treated with respect as a customer, rather than a piece of meat to be taken advantage of.

I will be asked where I found such a nice used vehicle and I will gladly tell them, without reservation, where and what to expect.

We just bought 2 pre-owned vehicles from Apex Car & Truck and they were immaculate inside and out. One vehicle was a 2013 with 134K miles and it looked brand new. The other vehicle was a 2018 with 104K miles and the previous owner had installed a brand new transmission within the last year -- and the drivetrain feels like a brand new vehicle. Mike and his team are the best in the business for finding high quality pre-owned vehicles. Not only do the vehicles run well and have a nice exterior paint job, they also look under the vehicles to make sure there is minimal rust or corrosion. If you are looking for a pre-owned vehicle, I highly recommend Mike and his team at Apex Car & Truck!

I bought a car a week ago from here and I can't believe how good of an experience it was. Tommy was so nice and really made the process of buying a car painless. We called in a few days before and set up an appointment for a test drive and he was waiting for us at the door when we came in. The car was in better shape than I had thought based on pictures. We test drive the car and told him that we wanted to check on another car but already knew this is where we will be buying from. I can't think of car dealership with better customer service, at least nonw that I've experienced up to this point. I will be coming back to Apex Car and Truck Sales the next time I need a car!
