My wife and I just went through a whole experience buying our latest vehicle. We went to at least 10 dealerships in the area (up and down 64, and along 15-501 in Durham) and of those our experience with Crossroads was far and away the best.

The dealership itself is absolutely huge and there are loads of vehicles in stock inside, that you'll be able to sit in and test out. As in, you can drive the cars inside the dealership out for a test drive. Flashy? Maybe. But a very cool experience as opposed to hoofing it around a lot. (Eat your heart out, car vending machines.)

There were plenty of vehicles at multiple trim levels in stock based on the lot when we made our purchase (November 2023).

If you've got or want to buy an EV, there are charging stations outside and a diner inside so you can grab a bite while you charge up (I can't vouch for the food... yet).

As for the sales process, our salesperson, Jose, was patient and courteous, never pressured us, listened to both of our needs and wants and concerns, and was down to let us test drive anything and everything. He was definitely the most human of any car salesperson I've spoken with lately (again, 10+ dealerships), and seemed to genuinely care that we ended up in the right vehicle for us.

We ultimately - thanks to some indecision on our part - test drove the car we ended up purchasing 3 times; Jose never seemed annoyed or impatient.

In the interest of full transparency, when we ended up making the purchase we had what we considered a subpar experience with the finance team due to some mutual confusion (we ended up closing the deal late in the day and late in the month, so maybe an earlier time would have made the process easier). We ended up with a good rate and a good price, but we expressed a bit of concern with the process to the Customer Experience Coordinator, Bonnie, who looked into it right away.

To make a not-so-long story even shorter, Crossroads stepped up and after a conversation with the GM, Scott, I can vouch that the team really does hold themselves to a high standard of customer satisfaction.

I've yet to visit the dealership for service but based on our sales experience I fully anticipate a long and happy relationship.

Larry Curtis was very friendly and didn't pressure us into anything. He was very communicative throughout the process. He did everything he promised he would and made what is normally a very stressful process much less so. The dealership management reached out several times to ensure that I was being taken care of and let me know they were available if needed. The finance Manager Ken Gunderson was also very enjoyable to work with. He did what he was supposed to and offer financing and extended warranty options but did not pressure us. This was overall one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Great team at Crossroads Apex!

Great experience. Salespeople & Mangers were friendly and low pressure. They were very respectful about a lengthier sales turnaround due to recovering mentally from an accident. This is the second car we have purchased from them and would purchase a third.

As an aside, I appreciate their willingness to find a very specific combination of color, trim and features. Often times dealerships will push something on the floor in lieu of getting the buyer what they want. Still not sure why all mustangs are not red :).

Jake was amazing!! He really knows your cars inside and out and was able to make the transaction seamless even though I was traveling. It was great to pull up after a long drive and leave in less than an hour with my new Bronco! The on line experience was the best and Jake saved me hours of time- well done Crossroads!

Ours salesman Larry was amazing! There was an error in my favor on the original quote I received. They honored the quote. It’s very hard these days to find an honest dealership. Our experience was great. The paperwork went very smooth and fast. Out next vehicle will be purchased at crossroads even though it’s a 3 hour drive!

My salesman Tony Beard was aces. I don’t care for very pushy salesmen and his way of working with me suited me perfectly. My whole experience at Crossroads was very good, very thorough, and very satisfying. I’ll be going back for another vehicle when I am ready next time.

We first went to another Ford dealer.Won’t say names.Awful service. I then came to Crossroads Ford right after a rather bad rain storm. It continued to make efforts difficult to view and test drive a truck.
The folks at Crossroads had no reservations about taking on the task.Charlie Ross was our salesperson and eagerly helped us even when what we were looking for seemed hard to obtain.We found the truck and the rest is history.Charlie and everyone at Crossroads were amazing.11 stars all around

My name is Darrell and I found the vehicle I wanted at Crossroads Ford in Apex N C. Via the internet.

I have been searching for months for this car.

I called Crossroads was it in touch with one of their sale professionals.
I told Chris they had a vehicle I was interested in and I wanted to make an offer. Chris called me back within the hour and to my surprise they excepted my offer.
I told Chris I live in Asheville NC around 250 miles away and again to my surprise he said no worries.
The next day they brought my car to me. Unbelievable customer service such a pleasure working with professionals. Top shelf!
Even though I live 4 hours away I will be doing business with them again, now if they could make it stop raining so I can drive my new car.

Just bought a new vehicle and Crossroads made it very easy. As timing would have it, I needed service on both of my Ford's this week. Henry was my service advisor for both and he was wonderful to work with in terms of setting expectations and following up on my questions/concerns. Felipe was the mobile tech for both of my at-home appointments and he arrived on-time for both appointments and got my repairs done. He was very kind and knowledgeable. Based on my experience I would definitely recommend the Crossroads service team and their mobile service if applicable for your needs.

Chariie was fantastic! I have bought several vehicles from him at Crossroads Ford. He always takes the time to understand what I want and then finds it! Explains everything! No pressure!
Financing was easiest I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. Everything explained completely.
