Unbelievable place. It is a mall within itself. It has two floors with easy accessibility to the second floor. I used the escalators. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, yet not over bearing, allowing you to enjoy the store. Prices were competitive but the product was top notch. Can't wait to go back.

Lori who is the running specialist was by herself today. I was a time consuming customer that had to go through several pairs of shoes before finding the right pair. There were at least around 7 customers besides me that needed her attention. Despite this she was smiling, moving quickly, and provided excellent information. Customer service in this day and age is nonexistent. Hopefully Lori will not only positively influence those around her (fellow coworkers and customers alike), but is recognized by Dick’s Sporting Goods how much of a valued employee she is. Thank you for this positive experience!

Brian in the bike department was super super helpful and went above and beyond helping us buy bikes. He did the full inspection, gave us good advice and even walked the bikes to the car to fit them in. Really amazing service, made everything so great!

I see why this is such a well-known store! I'd never been, and my son needed cleets... the gentleman gave me the BEST shoe! I'm very happy with my experience!

My husband has gotten into fishing and I wanted to surprise him with some new gear. Brian was super helpful! He answered all my questions, gave me some suggestions, and was overall super pleasant.

This location is my favorite one to go to. They have way more inventory than some others and always have enough people working. The high ceiling, bridge and escalators make you feel like you’re in the superstore location. Plenty of registers and happy crew.

The attendant at the bike shop in triangle town square in raleigh nc was extremely helpful and he educated us on the bikes that would fit our needs. We bought 2 bikes and he made sure that they were ready for the road. Great experience we will be back for maintenance.

Bill was extremely patient and knowledgeable when helping my wife and I choose a new pair of running shoes. We will definitely buy our shoes here from now on.

I came here for baseball cleats for my special needs son. Miles, Bill, and Daymar (apologies if I spelled it wrong), were EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. They went way out of their way to be of help. I appreciate it more than I can express. We weren't able to find cleats that fit my son's needs, but they earned my business ten-fold by being willing to put in the extra effort for my boy

Staff was super helpful and fun. Helped me find the right pair of work boots. Turns out I've been wearing the wrong size for years! My feet (and knees, and hip, and back) thank you.

We entered the store 15 minutes before closing on Thanksgiving night (which, technically, means 1:45am Friday morning). Not only were we greeted with welcoming smiles, but with energy and eagerness to help, as well! The young man in shoes helped us with indoor soccer shoes with quickness and a great personality. The young lady who helped with pick-up for my online order was friendly and efficient. And the icing on the cake: As we are checking out and talking to the cashier about the shoes we were buying, she takes the time to share a tip about lacing the shoes for a better fit even if they're a little big. Amazing; this was REAL customer service!

Milton's has never let us down. When we are craving a well-made pizza made with our favorite toppings cooked to perfection. It's always our neighborhood spot, Milton's.

Went in today with a bike my wife bought for my birthday. I had to put it together and did something to snap the front brake cable. Keith spent at least 15 minutes-found the problem and fixed while I was standing there. He also checked out the rest of the bike and made necessary adjustments. The price was extremely reasonable. Then James came in and made positive comments on the bike. Both gentlemen were professional and courteous. I’ll definitely use their services in the future. 😃😃😃😃😃.

I needed some shoes for my hard to fit feet. I went in several days ago, and Bill helped me in the shoe department. He got me in the perfect shoes for how I walk and how my feet move. I honestly didn't know shoes could be that comfortable!

The store was great. Ordered online and that part was a bear trying to chat with online reps, but once I got it ordered, the store notified me in less than 30 minutes that it was ready for pickup. I checked in on my phone and the young lady had my order to me in just a couple minutes and I was out the door.

I like the way its organized. I had security follow me around the store. As a retired officer, he was trying to blend in, but I spotted him right away...lol but hell I'm shopping and minding my business. There were other folks in the store what you following me for? Oh wait.. I'm a DOS.Anyway the kid in the sneaker area was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Best place to go for anything Sports. The store is always very well laid out clean organized. The people working in the store are knowledgeable about different sporting events and are willing to help you find what you need. Their selection of shoes is outstanding. We shop here a lot for hard-to-find items.
