New Age Dermatology Center

My husband, teenage daughter and I have been going to Dr. C for many many years. She is very thorough and takes her time with her patients. The office and exam rooms are well organized and her staff has always been extremely friendly. She doesn’t book appointments so close together that you feel like a chart number. She has not taken our insurance for quite a few years but we still continue to see her as self-pay which speaks volumes. It is hard to find a doctor like her.

Don't risk the health of your skin! You'll read many reviews about how incredibly thorough Dr. Chiritescu is with skin exams. My prior dermatologist glanced me over, and I was out the door. If this is happening to you, please consider New Age Dermatology for your next appointment!

Not only do you get a full examination, you also get very caring staff which adds to the special love, comfort, and peace you feel. The level of care is extraordinary.

It is a privilege to share with you my honest review of the delightful, extremely competent, knowledgeable and high skilled Dr. Chiritescu of New Age Dermatology in Apex. Dr. C is the best dermatologist that I have had the pleasure of knowing and being under the care of since my move to NC 9 years ago.
When I moved to this area I had a few skin problems and actively looked for a competent doctor. I found that doctor in Dr. C She is not only a great dermatologist but also in my opinion a outstanding, caring and lovely individual.
She has shown extreme knowledge of the problems I have had and really listens and cares. She has vast experience, education and credentials. It is a pleasure to be treated with such respect and care when you have health concerns.
Not only is Dr. C so amazing but her office staff and nurses are beyond compare. They are all so caring, helpful and go out of their way to provide wherever is needed. Recently I need the care of Dr. of which she professionally provided to me on Telemedicine. Michelle, her nurse, was a great help to me in setting up the Telemedcine visit and went out of her way to assist with this visit..

This place is fantastic! I moved to the area a few months back and needed to find a new dermatologist. I’m glad I found this one! The receptionist is extremely welcoming and very nice, putting you at ease as soon as you walk in the door! Dr. Elvira and her assistant were very professional doing their job, but also made me feel at ease by walking me through the procedure and explaining everything they were doing. They took their time with me and I really appreciated that! I look forward to going back!

The whole staff at New Age Dermatology is fantastic!! Dr. Chiritescu is awesome - always takes the time to answer my questions. My family started going to her, and she gives each patient the same, consistent VIP treatment. Although she offers lots of products and services, she doesn’t push any of them. She (and staff included) really attend to whatever brought us to her office that day.

So grateful to Dr. Elvira and all of her staff for taking me in on short notice when all other offices were going to have me wait three months. Lisa and Dr. E were really quick, professional, and caring during my skin tag removal procedure. I will be returning for other services and highly recommend them for any dermatological needs!

I had a great first visit to New Age Dermatology. The front desk staff were courteous and there was no waiting. Dr Chiritescu was so thorough and thoughtful and listened very carefully to my concerns. Also I am an actress and was inquiring about anti aging most dermatologists would have seen dollar signs and encouraged me to do this or that she impressed me by telling me she wanted to take care of my skin cancer concerns first and that could wait. She also advised me on a healthy diet to promote healthy skin I like that she is a medical Dr first and foremost that is rare these days in dermatology!

Dr. Chiritescu and her staff are awesome and super kind. I always feel pleasant going to their office. I had a large skin cyst removed surgically last year by Dr. Chiritescu. Everything went so well. I knew I was in good hands!

I have been going to this practice for over 4 years. I can't say enough about New Age Dermatology. The staff is professional, kind and I receive super customer service. The dermatologist is amazing. I have had 8 biopsies - from the shot to numb the area all the way to the biopsy...smooth and no pain. They are phenomenal.

I was a free minutes late, the staff adjusted to work with me. I was nervous about shots and samples they would need to take. The nurses were effective whole being considerate of my worries. Dr. C was professional, cheerful and should. Everything moved along quickly but there was always enough time to answer my questions. Very impressed. Very pleased. Will return for next year's checkup with less anxiety and more confidence. Would recommend to any friend.

We have used Dr. Chiritescu as our dermatologist for over 20 years and have found the entire staff to be very friendly and professional. I've had several skin cancers removed both at her office and at Cary Skin Center which is nearby. The staff there have great respect for Dr. C's diagnosis.
