After failing to have my oil change done at Honda (because of business and lack of time) I made the quick decision to head over to Jiffy Lube! My service was a quick in and out and led by Daniel. He was of great help and in totality it only took twenty minutes! He was also able to give me extra diagnosis. Thanks Daniel!

Price seemed reasonable, it was first come first serve...called to have a "Oil Change"...and got right in. But while I was giving information to one guy on his handheld standing at my car, another guy was on his hands and knees looking under my wheel fender, behind wheels all around my car...? Then when it was finished with oil change.., guy asked if I wanted a few fluids topped off, I said no. Then he said I had a back up light out, did I want them to fix it...I said no. I'm sure oil changes don't pay the bills, but looking for new jobs to do other than what you asked for or begging for business, seems idk.

Quick and easy! Sat in the car while they changed the oil and they explained things the car needed in addition. Totally recommend!

Stopped at Jiffy Lube @ I-29&Barry Road for an oil change. Right from the start was greeted with a smile by Andrew M. The whole vehicle service from start to finish was quick and efficient. Highly recommend this spot for your oil change, & vehicle service needs.

They run a clean shop and were able to get my car serviced in a timely manner.

I try pretty hard to recognize services people or companies provide, especially when it's good so here I am. Going on a short road trip soon so I wanted to get the oil changed in the truck. I waited too long to get it done at the place I ordinarily go so I ended up just going to Jiffy Lube to get it done quick. While it was in there they let me know that my coolant was very low and asked if I wanted to get it flushed. I said sure. They took care of the oil change and coolant flush and gave me a veteran discount to boot. All good and on my way. I get back home and my radiator dumps all over the driveway. So I take it back and convey my concern that it wasn't leaking before I brought it in. They let me know that part of the flush is creating pressure in the coolant system to get all of the coolant out and that might have dislodged something that was partially blocking a leak. But they could tell I was concerned and pulled a page from their 'Good Customer Service' handbook. They're replacing the radiator, free labor and used my credit card to purchase the radiator directly at their discounted price from the parts store. I think everything happens for a reason and having it dump coolant in my driveway instead of halfway to my destination seems much better so I'm thanking my guardian angel for watching over me and William and Andrew at Jiffy Lube for taking care of me. Great customer service. William and Andrew take care of people!

Great customer service from manager Zae . He was extremely professional and went above today’s standards.

Very quick, and professional. My car has a foreign filter, and the store did not have it on hand. The service tech quickly tracked one down and sent someone to pick it up. They were back very quickly and did this at no charge. This was my first time using them, and I will be back.

They were super inviting, friendly and helpful. The pil change was done very quickly.

Technician accidentally caught the car on fire via wrench connecting battery Positive power to " whoops! That shouldn't have power"-material. They were honest about the fact that it was their fault, they paid for and replaced all affected parts, and covered my oil change as well.

This location was great. I take my company car to Jiffy or similar places. In the past 2 years, the closest 2 Jiffy locations have told me they no longer rotate tires on a Nissan rogue or anything taller than a standard car due to height limitations in the shop above the lift. The group at this location found that strange and was happy to complete all of the service required based on my current mileage: oil & filter, air/cabin filter, and tire rotation. Thank you!
