I am sorry it has taken me so long to write this review. JJ gloss has always gone above and beyond for our family. They never try to up sale an item! In fact they often show me an a cheaper alternative to what I originally have planned. They explained what will last longer and how sometimes the cheaper item will need less repairs! They don't want to nickel and dime you to death!

Excellent to work with! Herb knew what we needed and did a great job of explaining the right appliance. Delivery guys are courteous and knowledgeable. There was a ding in a drawer of the dryer upon delivery. Herb jumped on it and ordered us a new one. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

I contacted JJ Gloss to help me update the kitchen on the house I just moved out of. After I listed it for sale, I got feedback during the showings that they loved the house but the kitchen was outdated so no one was making an offer. Herb was able to create a package of appliances that work well together and offered delivery in only a few days. Elijah and Austin arrived early and got the old appliances out and the new appliances installed, in record time. I had a showing just afterwards. Everything was great. Thank you all so much for your help!

I cannot believe the amazing service we received. Ryan was a Rockstar, he didn't try to get us to overspend. He really listened to our needs. Within 20 minutes we had a new washer we could take home. THANK YOU JJ GLOSS & RYAN, we will definitely use you again!!!!

Had A great experience with the company. Bought a new range saved $119 vs home depot. They also made the LP conversion that home depot doesn't do. The owner made the installation personally.

The only place where I will shop for appliances for my home. I have purchased 8 different appliances from them. The prices are competitive and their customer service is exceptional.

The store is very clean and has a large variety of appliances on display. The staff is very helpful. They really know their stuff! They were able to help me pick out exactly what I needed within my price range. Delivery was quickly arranged. The deliveryman showed up exactly when he was scheduled to be at my home. Set up has always been quick and without any problems.

I had an occasion when I had an appliance that needed a repair. The handle came off on my refrigerator. They were able to order a replacement. It was still under warranty, so there was no cost to me for the repair.

I recommend JJ Gloss without any reservations. You definitely want to start here first if you are in need of appliances.

If we could give a ten star rating we would give JJGloss a 15!! Their customer service outshines any my wife and I have encountered in purchasing major home appliances. We had an unforeseen problem that was caused by outdated cabinet dimensions and Herb and Mark worked with us until they made it right. No hesitations. No extra charge. I am telling everyone I know to forget big box stores. JJGloss does our community outstanding, caring, and professional service. Awesome team of people at JJ's Morgan I believe her name was is a huge help. Everything from finding a washing machine to fit our needs and answering every question I threw at her. JJ Gloss has the best staff. They never try to up sale you to a more expensive product and they truly want to help you find the best products for your family. We have bough quite a few appliances from them and also repairs on appliances that came with our house. They never push to replace and let you know which solution is most cost effective.

We've used the services of JJ Gloss for the last 20 years for various appliance repairs, and have been very impressed with their responsiveness and service. Their customer service is excellent. During one service call, a rep had advised against getting a new appliance as a simple repair is all that was needed. We remembered their honesty.

Recently we made our first purchase from the JJ Gloss showroom in Finksburg, MD - a KitchenAid dishwasher (KDFM404KPS). We are very happy with this dishwasher. It has a roomy interior, is extremely quiet and has a 3rd rack which offers even more space for odds and ends.

NOTE: JJ Gloss matched the appliance prices of the larger retail stores.

The owner himself installed our dishwasher, and afterwards, took time to show us the various functions. Our previous dishwasher was 15 years old, and since there have been so many improvements in kitchen appliances, he saved us time by pointing out the latest features in this new KitchenAid dishwasher. He answered all our questions about the appliance and the benefits provided by the optional extended warranty.

We recommend JJ Gloss wholeheartedly for their great customer service, and competitive pricing on appliances.

outstanding! Mike is a true professional and perfectionist. He installed a new cook top and hood in my 50+ year old house. The space needed to be customized to fit the new cook top. He worked until it was perfect, past 11:30pm. Two years ago I had to buy a wall oven and it was the same deal, JJ Gloss made it happen then too. I highly recommend, they get the job done!

These guys are amazing. They won't sell you something you don't need or charge you for something you can do yourself. I called them looking for a part and they asked what was wrong. When I explained the issue they told me exactly what needed to be done. They were spot on with the issue and resolution, saving me time and money. I have dealt with them on numerous occasions and have never had an issue.

They are very knowledgeable and had the part for my washing machine in stock. A $39 part and a 20 minute fix saved me from buying a new washing machine. He even offered advice on how to change out the valve. They also got me a replacement burner for my glass top stove in a day.

Wonderful customer service!!! Paid the extra for delivery and was not disappointed. Knowledgeable about the appliance i purchased, professional, top notch install. They even took that annoying shrink wrap plastic off!!! Top notch company. Will definitely be going back for any other appliance needs!!

Im from Gettysburg and I would like to say that jj gloss pulled through for me.i needed a dryer belt on a Saturday afternoon and there was noone close to me in the appliance business to sell me a part in the midafternoon after calling this place they were open till 4pm on a Saturday.this is a working mans hours to be able to get to a place and get a part on the weekend and very kind to deal with.i would highly recommend this place to deal with even people my way to drive 45minutes for the satisfactory kind service thanks alot JJ gloss
