Walgreens Pharmacy

Not a walgreens store, only a small pharmacy. Does carry some OTC meds. Staff is always kind and helpful. I've had no issues getting my scripts filled here. I choose this location over the reisterstown location. It is a little bit tricky of a location, one way in one way out on a very busy intersection but once you've been and know which way to go it's fine.

I've been using this Walgreens for about ten years now, both at it's current location and when it was acid the street near the Food Lion. Ask if the staff have always been incredibly helpful. The pharmacists, Sandy and Heidi, have always been able to answer any questions I have or help with any issues.

They always very friendly. Keeps you updated about prescription refills.Thank you all the staff

The staff at the pharmacy were very nice and did their jobs perfectly, thank you for being responsible employees and respectful to your customers.

It's new to the employees too and they are nice, the stars are mostly for the staff. It's just as the name says, Walgreens Pharmacy. That's about it, where as the old store had it all, this has a small amount of small random household/ medical items. I miss the other store (previously rite aid) and after having that one for so long, this is nothing special. Not sure why they would change other than to cut costs. Good job Walgreens employees, management not so much this time.

This location is so much smaller than when it was in the Food Lion shopping center. No more tchotchkes for the holidays, just strictly a pharmacy with 4 small aisles.

Store isn’t nearly as bad as people make it out to be. Despite the small size they have a good selection of otc medication as well as a few snacks, cleaning supplies, and even birthday cards. The only thing is the shopping center is nearly impossible to get into. The only entrance that is usable is on emory road, the entrance on 140 is shared with the right turn lane off of emory road making it extremely dangerous to use. Overall you can’t blame Walgreens for the governments poor road design however it does make you wonder why they would have moved from the easily accessible store across the street to one that is a nightmare to get to. I wouldn’t be surprised if this location ends up closing in a few years simply because they got rid of 80% of their merchandise and moved to a difficult to get to location.

I hope CVS will be a little bit smarter and will take the space you left at 3000 G :) It is too difficult to access your new location.. sorry.

Rude staff. Impatient and judgmental. Always a long hold for phone calls. This not how I want to be treated while filling prescriptions.

Staff lied to me directly saying they attempted to fill a prescription and the code was denied. Called insurance and they said pharmacist never ran the prescription at all.

No communication, no follow up. Asked for clarification about back orders and was given no information, just warehouse is empty.

Strongly advise you go somewhere else. No need to deal with this extra aggravation when not feeling well.

Horrible location. Absolutely horrible. No inventory ever- even on reoccurring prescriptions. Rude staff- every time, treat you like a drug addict. Front desk workers lie to you about filling prescriptions, say they are filling it in the phone then never actually follow through and fill it. Sandy and Heidi the pharmacists do absolutely nothing to make these issues better. This has been a non stop theme for the past 4 months, prior I was at a different Walgreens location and never had ANY issues like I do at this one. I will not be returning, I suggest everyone make the 10 min drive to the Westminster Walgreens.

The staff here lie, treat you as a drug seeker, never have inventory and ALWAYS make some sort of issue.

I wish I could give zero stars. I will be escalating these complaints to corporate as this is a common theme with this location.

Perscriptions always out of stock took over 3 weeks to order. Staff treats costumers like we are a bothering them. Certain meds they won't fill till 11am even when there open you have to wait. Treated me like an drug addict when trying to get my husbands adhd medication filled before 11am. Another time I was there at 4pm had to wait in parking lot 2 hrs. for perscriptions.

I use them for years and years and enjoyed dealing with Heidi. Recently I was prescribed something from my doctor and the other pharmacist tried to make me feel as I was some kind of drug addict. I've never felt so uncomfortable with a pharmacy. I have since moved all of my prescriptions elsewhere and they have treated me with nothing but respect.

WHY did Walgreens, store # 17508, not stay at 3000 Gamber Road in Finksburg?!?!
This place went from wonderful to utterly dreadful with just a move across the street.
So, Walgreens, for whatever reason (probably money....you see, it's not about what the people NEED, it's about GREED) took our store/pharmacy combo, shut it down and opened a pharmacy ONLY on the otherwise of route 140. They have been there quite a while now, probably at least six months or more and STILL DO NOT HAVE A WORKING PHONE. This is extremely important when someone needs medication.
Then, they want to PRICE GOUGH 🙄 I have good insurance, and WITH insurance, the still want almost $140 for an inhaler. (I am currently recovering from COVID and am having problems breathing) I am NOT paying that price, it's ridiculous!
To all who is reading this, Republicans, Democrats & Liberals....we need to put our foot down to not just Walgreens, but every single grocery store, Amazon and everyone else stealing our money from our wallets! We, as people, need to stop fighting each other and UNITE TOGETHER! If we refuse to buy, THEY will be in trouble.

If I could give this establishment zero stars I would. They moved there location across the most dangerous intersection in the county risking the innocent lives of everybody who have been loyal customers. Bring us rite aid back!

Corporate greed made them move across the street and now the location is terrible. Won't ever go here. Hope it fails. Bunch of tom foolery.

MOVE BACK TO YOUR OLD LOCATION. Can't cross the street here and now you've lost my business.

Poor service. Constant problems with following instructions.
