We are "floored" at the amazing job that The Carpet Workshop did for our two staircases (one rounded) and a huge bedroom. Meeting Joe in the store and sharing our needs/wants, he made recommendations that were perfect and at a very fair price. The workmanship is top notch and his dedicated team of installers are not only neat and highly skilled but they are kind and personable. They even fixed what a former floor installed messed up! Carpet Workshop did an absolutely wonderful job refinishing our hardwood floors. We replaced the carpet in our dining room with new hardwood. This had to be stitched together with the existing, prefinished hardwood in our connected living room. I was worried that (i) the new wood would not match the old and (ii) that the extensive sanding required to remove the bevel from the prefinished old floor would lead to excessive dust. Happy to say neither was a problem. The new wood is SEEMLESSLY integrated with the old, making it impossible to tell the difference between the two. And there was almost no dust at all! Through the entire process, Joe and Allyson were an absolute pleasure to deal with and were always happy to answer our many (sometimes trivial) questions. In fact, when we started the process, we were thinking about **replacing** our hardwoods, which would have been more expensive. Joe and Allyson actually talked us out of this, and we saved a significant amount of money. Based on all these things, I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Carpet Workshop if you're thinking about new flooring.

A great experience from the time I walked in the door. Very helpful with picking out the correct carpet for my household. The installation wax quick and perfect! (I am picky about seams and such). Prices were great for the quality and workmanship received.

We have been doing business with TCW for 20 years. Joe has always been eager to work with us and will do all he can to make sure the job is right. I liked the fact that just after we bought our first carpet from them, we just happened to see him and his wife in the grocery store and he stopped and talked with us like we were old friends. That style is still the same today.

The guy who came out to measure was a blast, the people we spoke with to set up timing and what to buy were honest and very helpful. One at at time they have carpeted/floored almost every room in my house. Super service, reasonable prices. Joe is top notch and makes sure the job is done right. Susan's eye for color has been invaluable as I am NOT good with choices. She's hit two homeruns for me. I will call them any and every time I need carpet/flooring.

We've lived here for 33 years and weren't aware of The Carpet Workshop in our neighborhood. Perhaps they don't advertise very much. Still, we're delighted that we found them.

We needed a new kitchen floor. We obtained four estimates for the job. The Carpet Workshop (TCW) wasn't the lowest, but the owner, Joe, wasn't at all pushy and seemed genuine. Turns out, we made the correct choice. TCW installed the floor (Armstrong Alterna) in two days. The two installers are TCW employees. They are clean, personable, easy to talk to, conscientious and meticulous. They both love working for Joe. When employees LOVE what they do and who they work for, that's a good thing! And I think it speaks well of a company.

The floor is lovely, solid...perfect. The price was right; the work is excellent. A comfortable company to work with. We'll be calling them again whenever we need new flooring.

We redid our family room and library. Chose different patterns for each room. Their crew was great, very efficient and hard working. They moved our furniture before the job and returned everything after completing it.
