These guys were top notch. On Sunday, I noticed our water heater was leaking. It was replaced on Monday under warranty (we had to pay for labor). We paid extra to have the tank moved so we can finish the basement. They also noticed a leak unrelated to the water tank and fixed that too. Unfortunately, they did ding my driveway pretty good with their hitch when they arrived (it slopes upward). I would still hire them in an instant. The customer service was also very friendly and helpful outside of normal business hours.

Definitely recommend! Excellent, professional service (both front office and Service techs). Have used WRF & Son Plumbing for 10 years and appreciate the attention to detail for installation and repairs, along with a straightforward, honest approach.

I've been using WRF & Son for several years now, but today they really went above and beyond. Water line broke from the well to the house, they knew that I had a military assignment coming up and plus bad weather coming, fit a big job into one afternoon to get water back on in the house, gave me peace of mind that my family wouldn't have to worry about it again, and at a price that didn't crush my soul. I really appreciated the outstanding service!

These guys saved me. The house sprung a water leak somewhere and we were without water for a week. I went through my home warranty and homeowners insurance. I got appointments for a service call from two other plumbing companies thru home warranty. Neither called me initially to set up a date/time. And then neither showed up or even called me back to let me know what's going on.

WRF & Son, on the other hand, prompt and courteous. Within 24 hours, they had a two man crew at my door. An hour later, there was water back in the house. Fast, efficient, reasonable and professional. Stellar customer service. I am absolutely not going anywhere else.

Called today with a water heater that was leaking! The ladies in the office were wonderful! They said they were busy but would get me in and kept calling through the day to let me know that they would make it out. The technicians that came out were incredibly professional and did an awesome job at a reasonable price. Will definitely use them again!

Called about 2 leaks which happened in unison and they told me they were very busy but would see if they could fit me in. They suggested I also have my neutralizer serviced at the same time to save the cost of travel to do it separately. I had accepted that I'd probably be without water for the weekend but recieved a call at 4 PM saying they were on their way. They did a great job and were courteous . I have used them in the past and recommend:)

We had W.R.F. & Son replace our old, leaking well pump. We purchased the new well pump & fittings from The Plumbery in Mt. Airy with the intent to install ourselves (we had already replaced the one that was here when we moved in with a spare the previous owners left, but that one was old & had a small leak). Rather than dedicate a bunch of hours on a Saturday or taking off work (c'mon people!), we decided to let the pros handle this one. Not only were the techs friendly and competent, they arrived right on time and installed the pump in less time than we were initially quoted. The guys took their time with the install, making everything look really clean and neat. Once they were finished, they encouraged me to check everything out and were happy to answer any and all questions I had, including whether there was a guarantee. Short answer: Yes!

Bottom line: I highly recommend these guys! The next time I need a plumber, this is who I'm calling.

We had a leaky toilet and saw this place because of the good reviews. They were able to come out the next day when after we called in the afternoon and fixed it quickly, even replaced the internals without us having to ask. It helps if you have some idea as to what is causing the issue; saves them time. 10/10 service.

This company does excellent work, has quick response time and leaves the repair area clean! I never have any trouble getting an appointment the next day or the same day when dealing w/an emergency. When I need a plumber, this is the only company I use and I highly recommend them!

Had 3 items taken care of in one trip - found them on google search - discovered had used them for septic set up 15 yrs ago - scheduled within 48 hrs - the 2 fellas were pleasant, efficient, timely, neat, explained everything, & offered info on water softener set up I have - price was VERY reasonable for time/what done. Will definitely use in the future - Bravo to both fellas - didn't get their names - do want their Company to know they are well represented.

WRF was so helpful in explaining in detail how to maintain my well system. Emory took extra time with me to make sure that I understood what to do . He answered all of my questions and explain not only the "how" of what to do but also the "why" of each step. Thank you so much for such good service for the past 20 years!.
