Food Lion

Food Lion is a supermarket! It has the best prices for everything. There is a wide range of every product from Beens to Meat items. The cashiers are helpful, cheery and friendly. I don't shop anywhere else, Did I mentioned they have a great Deli section?

For a first time shopper at Food Lion, I was very impressed. Staff was courteous. The store was clean and well stocked.

Went for Easter dinner food. Only had one Smithfield ham left. Meat manager recommended FL brand. Much cheaper, but never had it before. We will see.

This is the best grocery store in Mount Airy. The prices are ok, but the sales are good and the rewards program is excellent. There are always plenty of employees, and plenty of cash registers open, each with an actual cashier. There are few grocery items I can't find here. It's a solid selection, typically well stocked. The produce and meat departments are well maintained, as well as the bakery and deli. Definitely my go-to grocery store in Mount Airy.

Store was clean. Associates friendly. Cashiers instead of self checkout! And... some prices 30% less than our local grocers. All and all a win, win!!

Food Lion usually offers me some of the best deals and I can almost always find what I am looking for. Staff are nice and check out is always easy and quick.

The Food Lion in Mount Airy is the best grocery store to go to by far!! I actually compared prices item by item with 2 other grocery stores in Mount Airy and Food Lion was cheaper on every item that I got. Just to clarify, I was doing my normal grocery shopping, I wasn't just picking out items that I knew were going to be cheaper. Anyhow, then on top of that, I used my club card (which i think every other grocery store has one) and it took an additional $31.00 off my bill. Let's put it this way, I shop for 3 and I had 2 1/2 full grocery carts and my bill was $150. Which is absolutely phenomenal. I thought for sure that my bill was going to be about $230-$250 easy. So I very much recommend Food Lion in Mount Airy.

Food Lion in Mt Airy is a great grocery store. Their deli meats are the best and are always fresh. The Food Lion and Inspirations brands are reasonably priced. The produce section is also good quality and a good variety too. Overall, the prices are competitive and I usually pay less there than at other stores and the check outs are well manned with friendly staff. To me, it's definitely worth the trip from Damascus

Absolutely love this store. Friendliest staff and always clean. The manager doesn't believe in standing around. If cashiers aren't busy he has them checking the isles. Wonderful store.

Mt Airy, MD Food Lion is one of the better ones. Certain cashiers are friendlier regulars than some of the short-time ones. Their produce and frozen foods senior employees are outstanding, with a friendly butcher that recognizes and waves to us.

Nice employees who go out of their way to help you. Thank you so very much......

Beautiful since the update in 2020. Always has been easy to shop but now is even better. Employees are friendly and helpful.

I love Food Lion. Food Lion sells food items that are also down South (Georgia) very important since all other grocery stores up north do not and they have cheaper prices than other grocery stores in the area.

Just love the renovated Food Lion in Mt Airy! Everything is so clean and organized and easier to find things. Associates are helpful and friendly!
