I liked how everything was organized in a small area. The owner is a very nice lady to chat with. Found great wine glasses for a very cheap price and some nice shirts. One was even with tag.

I may be biased since I grew up around here, but St. James Thrift Shop is still the best thrift store around. I hadn't been back to the town in years, but walking into SJTS felt like coming home. It's a warm, friendly store, with deals every day, and an awesome, ever changing collection. Every time I visit Mt. Airy, I make it a point to stop by.

You never know what treasures or gems await you at St. James thrift store. I soo appreciate the friendly staff and the clean appearance. I donated items that no longer fit my kids and found something for each of them. Win win all around.

Today was St. James Thrift Shops Kids Christmas shopping day. The staff sets up a room that only kids can shop in. They each have a list and a budget. Sandy, Mgr. and the staff did an amazing job. Santa's visit and photos was an especially wonderful touch. A+ event today.

Love this place. Great steady prices with constant sales. Tricky parking at times. 3rd Thursday of each month is a huge half off almost everything day.
