Superfoods Cafe & Market

They have so many delicious options. I love the super veg on collard wrap, all of their fresh squeezed juices and smoothie bowls!! They have THE BEST gluten free muffins, cookies, protien bites and banana bread! The owner is super sweet. They offer raw food prep classes. I also love their salads and many desserts.

We had a fabulous meal. The owner and chef were able to recommend dishes that suited our diets. They have wonderful raw vegan food. I had the most amazing raw vegan taco salad. My daughter had the taco wrap in a sushi nori wrap. The restaurant has wonderful tables and there is a small market that sells raw vegan, vegan, and gluten free items.
The food is of exceptional quality and the portions are perfect for the caloric requirements of a raw vegan (that means that they’re large). What a great value! The food was worth every penny. We ordered food to take home as well. I doubt it will last until dinner!
This place is a gem. We are already planning our next trip to Mt. Airy and Superfoods Cafe will be our lunch and dinner stop.

As a vegan, it's hard to find places to eat, so I took a chance and looked up Vegan near me, and boy am I glad I did. The staff was wonderful. The food was amazing. I got the Mediterranean wrap and juice. Will definitely be coming back next time I'm over this way.

Ok when you come you absolutely have to get the almond joy smoothie bowl!! It is EVERYTHING

The staff was incredible. Walked in and the handsome kind eye’d gentleman took our order and time to explain the menu. Keep a lookout for that one! Star employee! Great all around environment and good place to grab a smoothie and read a book!

This is an excellent spot to treat yourself to a cup
of coffee and a relaxing work day out of the office. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I have finally found a coffee shop with music that is the perfect volume for work, calls, and conversation. I’ll be back!

5 Star Raw & Vegan

If you’re looking for a delicious fresh meal that can be made veg- friendly or raw- definitely check out this lovely cafe in downtown Mt Airy. The staff here are super friendly and accommodating to food preferences. I came in search of raw food and left so happy and wanting to try so many other menu items. The menu is huge and there’s something for everyone. I tried the taco wrap (the best taco meat alternative I’ve tasted), the broccoli salad, pb pie (a must!!!!) and got some to go snacks from their superfoods market area. The indoor seating area is large and the location is perfect.

This is a wonderful quaint spot with many gluten free, vegan, vegetarian options! Great spot for people with kids as they have a little toy room in the back dining area. Overall, an amazing place to pick up a snack or dine in.

This is one of our favorite spots. The staff is incredibly friendly, their smoothies are great and the food is fresh and delicious. I often try the specials and have never ever regretted it. There's a cute little shop where you can pick up small grocery or holistic items for good prices. They recently started making desserts to go and I highly recommend them!

For natural foods and great coffee,

Superfoods gives the clean , safe, modern hippie and conservative too a place to both interact for the goodness of food, taste, conversation, and community.

As close as can be to "natural" and "hippie" without the trip going to Beckey Springs WV or Monterey CA.
(& I've been to both... Superfoods is Locally Superior!)

It's great to have a vegetarian health food restaurant/store in Mount Airy. They have a great variety of tasty menu items for vegetarians and vegans alike. It's a cool store with a nice seating area, and they host community events. Food was a bit pricy but not outrageous, and that's to be expected for the quality and type of food offered plus the fact that it's a local business. I recommend trying their wraps and smoothie bowls!

Great small town Cafe. Staff is always so kind. Smoothies are great. Coffee is amazing as well. Perfect place for healthy options. They have an area in the back with a couch and plenty of toys for kids. Love meeting friends for coffee here.

My family really enjoyed lunch here. The butternut squash soup was a flavorful hit with my husband and child. I had a Mediterranean wrap that was really filling and refreshing. It had the best imitation chicken I’ve ever had, wouldn’t have known it wasn’t chicken had they not told me. The Aztec smoothie with espresso is a meal substitute, rich, creamy with dark chocolate flavor and a hint of spice. The watermelon strawberry smoothie was a hit and the mango smoothie was so good! We’ll definitely return. It’s nice to have such tasty healthy options available.

Cutest little place with delicious and healthy options. They have tons of toys to keep your little ones entertained while you enjoy your meal!

Good people doing good things for the community and the animals. I love the chipotle chicken wrap and it’s always my go-to when I need something to feel better or to celebrate. I feel like if the prices were slightly lower I’d be able to support the business more often but I know it’s all very high quality food. It’s a very homey feel and very personal.

Amazing cafe offering healthy vegan and vegetarian options. The wraps and smoothies are amazing. They even have vegan desserts. The prices are a little high, but it is the only restaurant in the area offering vegan and health conscious options.

Regularly frequent the smoothies, and they've all been great. Super veg and falafel wrap are also really good and surprisingly filling for a wrap. It's also nice to not have to feel guilty when I don't feel like cooking knowing that I can still have healthy options that tastes really good as well. 👍👍

I would visit Superfoods on Main every day if I could. I'm addicted to their Aztec smoothie, and their vegan summer rolls are heavenly!
Everything my family has tried has been exceptional, and the women who work there are very friendly too. Best place in My. Airy!

I just went in got the BEST wrap I’ve ever tasted - the pesto chicken wrap with the green delight smoothie are the best. Even got cheese cake for dessert! The two women in there were so sweet and helped me chose between my options. If I could rate higher then 5 stars I would.
