I went to this distribution center today even though it was a public holiday. I was desperate to pick up a package of medication. It was closed. But by some divine intervention the Post Master was just leaving. I asked if he could find my package on the off chance that he would be charitable to me. He told me that he had just had 5000 packages delivered but he would have a look. He found my package. It is little wonder this man rose to Post Master. He should be proud of himself and that is why I have written this review.

This place has only mail pickup service. Nothing else.
The staffs are very helpful. The lady on the front desk helped me to pick up one important mail as I was going out of town in the afternoon.

Sweetest, most helpful bunch of postal employees. Facility was easy to find and had a very little wait time. Thanks for your service!

I often have to pick up packages here as well as track packages. I've always been treated great.

I've been there several times. Dealt with the same guy each time. Not rude but not friendly.

At one time I would have rated it wonderful but in the last 2 years the service has declined. But that is not the postal worker's fault but the way upper management is treating them. I have the feeling "Going Postal" will come back into fashion.

DO NOT WORK HERE unless you don’t want to get paid! That’s right! The USPS may or may not pay you and the 15 year old acting manager Bryson could care less! Made a false promise that checks would come the next day and NOTHING! When you ask him the reason for no checks, he has no reason to provide to you other than to just wait. They are extremely disorganized. 6 people quit all the same week! You may work 10 hours or 12 hours but you won’t know until you get there and guess what? YOU STILL WON’T GET PAID! Short staffed is an understatement. Management truly doesn’t care so it’s a waste of time complaining about the workload or your paycheck. You will not get proper training. You are literally on your own. If you want to drive, go drive the school bus or work for Amazon. At least they are delivering people’s checks and paying their employees on time.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Ordered a package a month ago never got it. Checked in about it and found out my package was held per request of the customer. Never made that request ever not would I! Still have not received my package and still just get the run around. Everytime someone calls with and update nothing is accomplished! Worst service ever systems make no sense. No care for the customer what do ever!

Worst customer service. KATHY IS THE RUDEST PERSON THERE!! Horrible! Sent all my packages to a business account!! People need to lose their jobs to understand the problems they cause for people. I am in medicine and was depending on an instrument for a case…. Oh well, just tell the family, thanks to USPS, it will have to wait!! Great going Georgia USPS…. You guys s@ck!

I think 1 is also more and mail pickup door is locked and they didn't open the door. People doesn't even know when they open door.
They are rude in responding to people questions and solving issues.

they rarely deliver my packages and certified mail correctly, even though i have complained and tried to resolve this a number of times. every time i call, someone speaks to me in a curt and brisk tone, which isn’t really helpful when i’m trying to find out where my packages are. i understand backlogs and internal issues, especially given current circumstances, but at least reciprocate the willingness to work with one another to deal with something that could be fixed in a timely and polite manner????? maybe?????????

They’re hardly open. And even when they are open, there’s no one there. This place serves no purpose.

Terrible. One of the carriers were chased by my neighbors dogs once a long time ago and know they refuse to deliver parcel's to my address because of it. Basically dogs chasing them once means you will no longer receive parcels. They also said it's there policy not to back out of driveways, when there is plenty of room to turn around in my driveway. I have 0 issues with any other carrier, and I can only guess because of that one time (which may have been due to dead batteries in their e collars) they are now using it as an excuse to not simply walk down my driveway because it's very steep.

I had an 8-yr old girl come down my driveway a few weeks asking for a donation, but a grown man somehow can't make it down to deliver a package, and it's only from USPS. All other carriers I have had 0 issues with. They want me to take an hour of my weekend to come pick it up because they can't take 5 seconds to drive down the driveway, deliver the package, turn around and go back up. They must have stopped trying to even deliver it, because I haven't even seen my neighbors dogs in months outside because of the cold. I tried telling them they are behind and electric fence and the batteries might have been dead but they said "I can't risk it". Really, so they chase you ONE time and now almost a year later you refuse to deliver a parcel?

Ridiculous.
